Wanted: An enemy from Windreach

Hi there!
So, if you read Arvo’s history, you’d find out that maybe just under three years ago, he killed an Inarten because a group of them brutally attacked him. Obviously it was a ‘perched’ up thing to do, so surely I can’t let him get away with it as smoothly as he did, right?

So, I’m looking for someone who perhaps knew the boy he killed well: A best friend, a sibling or a significant other maybe. Someone who would like to get their revenge and see that Arvo gets what he deserves. Someone to try and track him down.
