History
" They never loved me like they did their snakes and alligators. They never respected me. They did not understand my own beauty, my own power, and now they've lost me forever." Tara was born into poverty and was forced to grow in it but, not for long. She was born on a harsh fall day. The family found shelter from time to time, or a warm cup of soup wandering the dark alleys for some scarps or possibly a Miza, if she got lucky was how she spent her days. The nights as street scum were cold, and they were brutal. When it got closer to winter she would be forced to spend her time in the corners of buildings, covered by a torn slice of clothing or even at times, nothing. One night Tara got desperate and tried to pick pocket a woman.
Her timing could not have been worse. As she reached up to snatch a loose leather wallet, the woman was getting up to leave she felt the small hand reach into her fur cloak. The woman reacting as anyone would picked up Tara by the arm, almost pulling it out of the socket, and scream her out a thief. Tara did make it relatively far out of the establishment but not before she was caught by a second party. The snow burnt on her warm cheeks, her shrill screams did not stop them. Shifting into the small tiger form, her shrill screams turned into high pitched mews and her claws began small useless items of defence.
They all laughed at the site before them and before she knew it, there was a thick banded collar around her throat. Unable to shift back into her animal form, her little fist would not give up, she swung left and right and kicked and screamed. Eventually her screams were silenced when she was placed under a deep sleep. Waking up into the cold holding room was defiantly different. Tara eventually gave in to the idea of being a Kenash slave. It was so much better than sleeping on the streets but nothing would change how she felt being unbound my restraints. She begun to grow tired of the enslaved life.
The day of her auction Tara was placed on the pedestal. She had enough common sense to attack anyone though, resistance she showed only made the Lynint Dynasty hungry for her. That's when something changed in Tara's eyes forever. There was a glimpse of her parent's in the crowd. Tara would have leaped but their faces only flashed with the mixed crowd and then they were gone. A Dynasty member then purchased her. Her claw markers are found on the stone walls and her room was a disaster. As for that she kept her tongue held and her temper hidden. There were times where Tara felt bad for the other slaves, how they were unable to heal themselves, maybe if they couldn't she would.
Eventually her master trusted her enough to take the Kelvic collar off. As he instructed her to wait for him as he went to use the bathroom. A guard took his place. This was her chance for freedom. The guard was taken down before he knew it. Tara's wide jaw was clenched around his throat and it only took a matter of ticks. Lucky for her she was on the first floor of the house. Escaping through a window Tara ran for it. A man offered his horse for reasons to this day she doesn't know why he did this. After making it out of Kenash, only by the fur on her body, she went to the only city she knew that would accept her. Sunberth. Their streets were riddled with thugs, thieves, and mercenary.
Tara had always had the medicine fever in her veins, she wanted to help people. If she couldn't free every slave then she would do the best she could at healing them. Tara would always be there for the people who needed her, like the ones cast out from society. She felt their pain and knew first hand how hard it was to survive off of little to nothing.
