THE DORMITORIES
The Dormitories take up a large chunk of the peak, and are located almost directly under Dira's Spire in the mountainside. The main entrance is actually directly beside her Spire (directly opposite of the Administration Office) and steps and tunnels will take you a short distance down to the main lobby. Though the hallways are rather cramped, this is to afford more space in the rooms of the Dormitories. This location is always busy and acts as a temporary shelter for those passing through the island, as well as homes for those looking to figure out where they fit into the island if they are going to be staying for longer. Either Yamin, a kindly older Benshira, or Kullin, a young Myrian male will greet prospective guests at the entrance, they will assign a room and a fee based upon how long the individual plans to stay, and are always willing to work with people under financial difficulty. In addition it serves as a place for Cicerones to stay when off assignment. Yamin gives very steep discounts to any Cicerones who need a place to stay, if it is a single night, it is usually free with at least one hot meal.
Each room in the Dormitory is a 20 X 20 space, sparsely furnished and possessing one open window that looks out over the Ocean, a beautiful view from the height at which the Dormitories were fashioned. There are multiple floors, all accessed with steps carved within the location.

Other: For a man who has lost everything, Yamin is beacon of light in an otherwise dark world. No one upon Black Rock has a bad thing to say about the man, who is kind and courteous to all those he meets, and willing to lend an ear for anyone who wishes to share their story with him. Because of this Yamin also has many stories to share and if prompted will keep his guests entertained for bells on end, generally in the common area during meal times.

Other: Kullin is still trying to find his place in the world, yet he knows that Dira and Myri play a large part in it. Unlike Yamin, Kullin is not a perfect host, he is more short, to the point, and rarely friendly or chatty. His skills, however, excel when it comes to unruly ghosts. Though not a Cicerone, Kullin has more than enough Spiritism skill to keep the Dormitories running smoothly at all times no matter what kind of troublesome entities might come to visit them.
Room and Board
1 room in the Dormitories costs 100 Ashls per season, this also includes occasional cleaning of said room (once or twice a week depending on staff at the time), and 2 meals per day on the lowest floor of the building in a common area.
Cashing in your housing gets a PC a permanent room (unless they wish to move out) in the dormitories, only needing to pay seasonal expenses to keep it.
