As one of the Sultros clan, his left arm is a crimson red. Due to his days spent at the forge, his tone is always tanned and his form fit. He keeps his dirty blond hair cut short and his face mostly shaven, though he often enjoys leaving a bit of stubble for a more rugged look. His eyes are hazel; that fine boarder between brown and green.
Personality: Like most Isur, Zikiro shares a love for creation, usually with metals. He can sometimes be withdrawn and slightly antisocial until the topics of art, metal, Izurdin or any combination or near relations of. Some might go so far as to say Zikiro is shy.
Ethics: It's about the art, not the coin. Zikiro will turn down requests to known murderers or outlaws. He also does not sell real weapons to children who cannot prove they know how to wield and take care of it.

Zikiro never knew his father, who up and left before he was born. Even as a child it was hard to get passed the fact he had no male figure to live up to, only his mother and an uncle who visited from time to time. It was hard getting by with his mother struggling as a blacksmith with no real skill in a city of skilled Isur.
At the age of ten, she packed up all their belongings and jumped a trade ship to Syliras, where her skills might be a little more appreciated. Though not by much, it was a bit easier to survive, especially when she started repairing various things instead of trying to craft from scratch. It was enough to put food on the table and pay for their room.
As Zikiro grew, he became more and more secluded. The only real social experience he earned was through talking with shop owners selling various goods and talking with his mother's customers about their possessions. He took an interest in metal work, the more extravagant, the more he would light up.
For his twentieth birthday, Zikiro and his mother visited Sultros for a week, where he found so many smiths compared to Syliras. He insisted he stay, and with most of the week's vacation spent pleading, he finally convinced her only after finding a place to apprentice that offered free room
He apprenticed for four years, but after the first few months it became clear half of the deal was to take care of the forge and cleaning, as well as lots of manual labor. It was not unwelcomed though. He saw it as life experience on top of metal working. His master even had the rough guiding hand he'd expect a father figure to have - though he never looked that deep into it.
After the four years, he was given a job as an assistant, and though the pay was not so great, it meant he could focus more on the metal and less on the labor. He remained an assistant for twenty years, content with making gears and wagon axles and candle holders.
Near his fortieth birthday, his mother reappeared. She explained she found someone new in Syliras and begged him to return and meet who would become his new step-father. Upon returning, he found his step-father was a half-Isur with a knack for farming. It wasn't metal, but there was a bit of instant respect for the man for the backbreaking labor.
The next year was spent pretty much getting used to the new male figure while preparing to take his first steps. On his forty first birthday, he took the first steps towards making it reality, even finding his own place in Syliras. For the first time, he had his own place, which filled him with the pride of a lifetime.

Heirloom
Zikiro's most cherished item is his Isurian Steel Heavy Blacksmith's Sledge Hammer. As a part of his apprenticeship, his master forged the hammer before his very eyes. After his apprenticeship lead into becoming a working assistant, he was given the hammer as a congratulations and, as his master claimed "a stepping stone to a greater future."
Residence
A 20x20 room without windows in the belly of Syliras. Undecorated, unpersonalized, almost untouched, the room might seem almost unoccupied except for at night, when the Isur actually makes use of it. The chest at the foot of his bed holds his meager belongings, except for his heirloom which stays on his person at all times.
