A city floating in the center of a lake, Ravok is a place of dark beauty, romance and culture. Behind it all though is the presence of Rhysol, God of Evil and Betrayal. The city is controlled by The Black Sun, a religious organization devoted to Rhysol. [Lore]

Been a while. (Yoona)

A moment of deafening silence. Marcus waited... And waited... And waited, but nothing yet. 'Was she pondering it over?' he thought. 'Was she pissed? Happy, sad, or terrified?'

Even though he had his eyes closed, he could still feel the darkness of her gaze, her eyes almost piercing through his lids. Another small moment before he heard her say, "Why wait?" A brow rose from its position on Marcus face as he listened, though the eyes remained shut. "We could try one, now"

'Impatient isn't she?' Marcus thought, a curve from his lips showing.

Then she said it. "Unless, you scared to get beat by a woman."

Marcus curve turned straight, his eyes finally opening to meet her. His stare was as cold as she could be. He did not shy away from looking into her eyes now, nor was he intimidated by her womanly person. No sooner than looking at her did his expression change. He began to chuckle, an un-soothing sound to anyone listening, probably more so to Yoona. He closed his eyes again then shook, nothing but a grin on his face. "Not yet woman," he said putting an emphasis on woman.

One finger moved into the air, disturbing the flow patterns of the wind as the breeze crashed against it. The finger began to shake side to side, a signal that meant 'no'.

"Before we start, we need to find somewhere else," His blue eyes moved to the first guard that stood near them, a little ways away from where Yoona and he where. The guard could not hear their conversation, neither could they hear him, but he could still see them. If trouble started, there was no doubt that they would spring into action. 'I doubt that they will take our fight as practice for a show,' thought he."Got any quiet place where we can be alone? Yeah, I know how weird it is to ask, but you want a fight. And, so do I."

He began thinking, calculating any suggestion he could give that would respond to her no answer. He thought about his house and how uncomfortably small it was. If a fight was to go down, he might have an advantage against this very tall woman, but how would that be fun for him? "A place with not a lot of guards but enough space to move around. That is what we need."

Oddly enough, the man laughed at her challenge. It was a quiet laugh, but a laugh nonetheless. And she'd been mostly serious about her jeer, both interested and confused with his sudden insistence that they fight each other.

Her innate caution advising her to be wary, Yoona figured that she'd ask for someone else's opinion on the matter. That "someone" was no longer standing at her side, but she could tell that he was still around, lurking in some realm beyond the physical world where he could watch things from afar. 'Do you think he's trying to trick me, Ruki?'

"I can't really think of a reason for him to want to fight you to trick you, so...I'd say no. He's probably just bored, like you are."

'Since when do people fight when they're bored?'

"Hey, you used to love to wrestle all the time. And it isn't a real fight, so what's the difference?"

The Chaktawe woman had to admit that her guardian had a point, there. As much as she wanted to snuff out some ulterior motive lurking beneath Marcus' pseudo-challenge, it wasn't really happening. She said nothing as he proposed that they go and find some quiet place—wording that she would have been quick to hold against him, had he not explained himself right away. It'd probably make more sense for them to be fighting near a bar...but that would only attract a crowd, and Yoona doubted that the man wanted huge amounts of attention any more than she did. So what other place was there that would work?

'A place with plenty of space, but not many eyes...'

...come to think of it, wasn't there a sizable space nearby where fishermen gathered? Yoona felt as though she'd passed through it a few times during her wanderings; it was a good portion of the Docks, and the fishermen set up shops there, trading their wares as well as fishing goods to whoever happened to be interested. The Stryfe had no business lurking around those parts...and even if they did, there weren't bound to be a lot of them. Why would the ruthless law of the city care about a bunch of men who smelled like trout?

"We can try the fisherman place," Yoona said after a few ticks of thought. "It pretty big, and shouldn't have guards...not so sure about the fishermen, though."

She didn't wait for his answer, already turning and starting to walk as she muttered something about remembering which way to go. She did, however, start to talk again a few chimes later, without turning to look at him.

"So, just fighting? Nothing else? We could make a deal, make things interesting. Say...I win and you give me something. If you win, somehow, I give you something. Food, maybe. I don't know. What you would want...?"

All in all, she didn't sound too interested in the idea, but it was clear that she was trying.
