Morning. The winter sun was shining brightly through the window, making the room bright. The room wasn't anything special. Hell, it didn't have almost anything in it. A bunk in one corner, in which Aleister was sleeping right now, a simple wood table right next to it and a chest for the males stuff a bit further. Next to the chest a backpack with Kelvics stuff lay. Red was sitting at the table, counting gold coins on it! When he came to Aleisters house, the guy didn't have a very huge sums of money with him. Actually, as he understood, the guy didn't have the best financial situation in Ravok. But what you want, as a hunter to move into Ravok. A city built in a lake. Well, it was good he did save up from the numerous jobs he had, while traveling to here. Now the sum had fell over the year and the Kelvic was actually counting what they had left.

The situation wasn't so bad, but Red understood, that he should find a job finally and end slacking around. In this time the only one, who was actually doing something was Aleister. He hunted day from day and slowed the moment, when both would be broke. In meanwhile Red was just being a burden, only cleaning up time to time. He didn't even know, how to cook. It also was done by his roommate.

The Kelvic once again glanced at the male in the bed. He returned from hunting only this morning and probably felt more then tired. Red, when Aleister returned, acted, that he was asleep, but actually he cared a bit. He didn't like, that the man was away for so long. Forests are dangerous place, full of deadly predators. But now it had been maybe ten hours, since he went to sleep and...Red was starting to feel bored. He would do with joy some shopping a bit, but for that the Kelvic needed to get his roommate awake. In the end he was Aleisters Kelvic and no Kelvic would act without his owners permeation. Plus, he liked to annoy the Inarta time to time and this obedience did annoy him.

So, with a flash of light and few seconds instead of human boy, a red macaw could be seen. In thoughts he was giggling, while landing on the males head and poking him with his beak. When this actually DIDN'T work, the bird flew a bit out of the guys reach and started in full voice to sing about love and broken hearts. It sounded something like this.
KWWWAAAAAAIIIIIII! KAAAAAAAGGGGGWWWWW!!! The noise should be ear piercing and he would keep going like this, until Aleister would wake up! No need to sleep so much.

Enemy of Sleep!

People usually told him that he sleeps too much. No. Aleister didn't think so. He slept as much as he wanted. Too much would be when he'd start to sleep more than he wanted and that has yet to happen. He came home from his hunting trip yesterday, after being gone for two days he didn't even manage do get anything worth while, only loose a few arrows. That's it.
He light the fireplace. Luckily it didn't take much time since his Kelvic roommate had banked the yesterdays hot coals under the ashes. all he had to do was add some logs to then and blow on it to give it a head start. Having a nice fire taking the chill out of the room Aleister unpacked the things he had taken with him and stored his bow in the proper way. Then, tired more than anything else on the world, He went to sleep hungry.
Now the bird started his old games again trying to wake him up, landing on his head and beaking him as hard as he could. Alesiter was a determined sleeper and ignored it a hard as he could, pulling the blanket over his head. When the bird started his skreach it was harder to ignore. Yet he tried. Oh how he tried. But it was not working out for him. Being a hunter he knew how to make animals think what he wanted them to think. In the woods he made them think he was not there and it was safe. Here he made the bird think he was asleep and it was safe. Red was really into his singing even closing his black button-like eyes while taking some "Notes" and in those moments Aleisters hand creeped to his boot, more and more untill he launched it at the Kelvic. Just a bit to the left and it would of landed right into that smug looking beak of his
"What do you want!?" He exclaimed letting all of the air in his lungs out, punctuating every word, prolonging them. His extended hands went to his eyes, trying to rub the sand out of them. "Are you going to ask permission to go to the bathroom now? If you are, damn it, I'm not going to give it!" Aleister glared at the parrot then with a muffled thud he let his head fall back on the pillow and yawned

So, there he went a bit up. Yes, that was a beautiful performance, even if humans could only some times....Then something heavy almost hit the bird, but from the surprise alone he lost his balance and fell from the chest. That bastard again was only pretending to be asleep and Red again fell for it. That guy, even if a normal guy, could get on his nerve sometimes.

Bright light flickered for a moment, almost beating the sun, that was shining through the window. Now again in the room was to humans, only one was stark naked now.
"Are you nuts! Almost hit me! I just wanted to wake you up! It is already the other half of the day. An there is some shopping to do! Together..." The Kelvic got up, straighten himself and smiled friendly. Those, who knew this smile, could see, that he enjoys this kind of "morning" quarrels.
You haven't been home two days! I missed a bit your food!

He awkwardly coughed and went to the chair, so he could slowly start putting on his clothes.
"So, how was the hunt? Seeing, that you didn't bring anything back, it seems, that not so good. Why don't you try something else, except hunting? I bet in Ravok you could find yourself a job. I remember one time, when your father..."
His face froze and for a moment something of pain could be seen in his eyes. But the Kelvic snapped out of it soon enough and went to a maybe bit to cheerful tone.
"Forget about it! Better get up, so we can actually make to the shop, before it closes. You have been sleeping A LOT today." Done dressing, he again faced Aleister, while balancing himself at the table.
"But, of course, if you don't want to, I can go alone." Red said it with such sadness, that it could be well seen by anyone, that the male could maybe regret it later on.

With his head on the pillow he had drifted off to sleep again, but when Reds voice started up he got pulled back to reality. The only thing he regretted about throwing that boot was the fact that he missed. He let all of the Kelvics complaints just slide off his hearing. Wasn't the first time either. when he stopped berating him Aleister started listening.
"What else could I do but hunt?" He said staring into the sealing. "I like hunting. I've been hunting since I was twelve" Alesiter supposed that Red was right. They we're getting low on money and in winter it was harder to stay outside in the wilds more than a few days. If anything the cold got him. He would of gotten that deer if his fingers wouldn't have felt frozen solid, like icicles about to break off to the slightest touch. When he loosed the arrow it missed abysmally. He hated the cold. In fact he thought he might be a bit sick. Aleister didn't notice it before, but his throat was sore. It was nothing else, just his throat. It didn't matter. Sickness never got him as much as it did other people. He was fine yesterday so why would it matter now. None the less he rubbed his neck while getting up. The Kelvic was dressing up, but Aleister was already use to his immodesty. Last night he was so tired himself that all he did was take off his coat and boots and went to sleep in what he was in. He got up and sat on the edge of the bed, looking into nothing, his head still not fully awake. The things Red was saying mostly didn't register with him yet. But after he said something about shops he reacted "What? Shop? Yes. I'll go, there are things I want to pick up as well" Alesiter got up on his feet and stretched as much as he could upwards and let out a deep breath. His muscles hurt as he did, but it wasn't so bad to let it show on his face.
"What did you need to get?"

Red smiled, seeing Aleister suddenly becoming so energetic and ready to go. Alright, maybe not as energetic, as usual, but he wrote it off, that he had only now woken. Maybe he wasn't up yet.
"Well, someone had become very energetic all of a sudden! Actually we both are going out! I have been sitting a very long time here and want to get breath some actual air. Plus, you wouldn't know what I need to buy, even if I told you." And with that the male put on his coat, boots and opened the door, gesturing his roommate to follow.

The winter air was as sharp, cold and unfriendly, as always. The wind blew in his face, making them burst into a bright red color. The males colorful hair was now a total mess and full with white snowflakes, that were melting in his hair.
"I don't understand how do you take this cold! It is killing me over here! Hate winter, just hate." Without thinking twice, he grabbed the male under arm and kept him close to his body, in that way stealing a bit of his body heat. Maybe Red didn't know much about surviving in the wilderness, but one thing, that had stayed in his mind, was Lanivs lesson about sharing and saving body heat. It seemed, that Aleister had more to share, then needed.
"What's with you!? You are completely radiating body heat!" While it seemed strange, he didn't have time to think about it. They had reached People's Market.
