Day 80
Fall
510av

This place was beautiful.

It wasn't grotty or depressing like Sunberth, it was bright and busy, everyone on their own agenda. For once it didn't seem like everyone would mug you as soon as look at you. Another great thing about not being in Sunberth.

She would have to lay low here, atleast untill winter. Untill her job was done.

But sadly she didn't really know anyone, she always seemed to have no friends. She longed for a Master, someone who she could please and serve, someone who could protect her, someone who she could trust completely. Her old Master had been this way untill he had ditched her on a whim. At deaths door, he dumped her with some slave dealers in Sunberth. Great. And according to some information she'd recently obtained, ran off with some other kelvic. She would have to be dealt with this winter...

Embellien took a bit of time to sit on the stony ground. She did look a little strange, but no one seemed to notice really. Eveyrone was on their own business, hurrying about.

Embellien purred to herself. She was hurt, a lot. She needed some people to rely on. But who could she trust in this city of (supposedly) law abiding citizens?

And who couldn't she trust...

Day 80, Fall 510 AV

Gereth watched people a lot in Syliras. He kept his nose to the ground and his wineskin happily in his hand when he wasn’t officially on the prowl but still, the bustle of the city was fun for him. A place to stretch his legs and enjoy himself. The giant stone castle and all of the knights added an element of the unexpected to the whole thing. Trust was overrated. Sure he’d loved the master but the master was gone. The crowd was simple enough to hide in. He grinned to himself taking in the scents and sounds of the day.

He saw the tall women looking and smelling dejected. Normally someone looking so out of place and confused would make a decent mark really. He gauged his drunkenness based on his ability to focus his gaze. “No stealing today.” he noted quietly to himself.

Winding circles around the tall woman he moved through the crowd quietly, before taking a seat nearby, his golden eyes flashing.

He flashed her his winning smile, keeping the inebriated slurring to an absolute minimum.
