Stone gardens. A place to remember those after who even bones weren't left. This was how the great city of Syliras reminded their citizens on what this place was built on. And Annabel thought this was the best reminder one could have. Over the period of few hundred years mankind needed to start almost from nothing. They needed to patch up their wounds, sharpen their broken swords, heal their violated minds and start to recreate that which was destroyed. Work of thousands of years couldn't be fixed in few decades. And definitely it couldn't be done with only minor sacrifices. The shattered existence needed stability and so equal sacrifices needed to be made. This garden showed exactly how great was the sacrifice.

The women walked along the rock paths, staring on the stones as she could see through them. Of course, she couldn't, but when imagining each of the stones the red haired girl tried to imagine a story that hid behind it. What was this knights name? What brought him to become one of the sacrifices? How he lived his life and why he became a knight in the first place? All these questions circled her head and she attempted to answer all of them. It was a good training for her Maledicting practice, as seeing the story behind the object was a important thing.

It was amazing for Anna to see how the age of all these stones differed, depending on how long they had been here. Like humans faces, these rocks too had aged. But no, the faces these stones wore weren't only from the time they had sat here, in The Stone Gardens. Most of them were even older. Older then Syliras, older then Mizahar...Maybe older then gods themselves...All this was possible, as nothing was impossible in these times. The home of gods had been shattered, the immortals acted as mortals themselves, plotting, planning and even waging wars. She raised her face at the mid-days burning sun.

Around her was almost complete silence. Only few older man and women were strolling along. The summers sun had scarred almost all inside their houses or other places that weren't as hot. It was probably the hottest day in all the summer. Though Annabel didn't mind it. This heat was just the thing for her not to feel her own burning blood. Her mind was still in a daze from all she had gone trough in the last couple days. She felt...She felt probably anxious. Her body screamed in her mind, which again reflected on what and how the girl was thinking.

As so with closed eyes, enjoying the heat and silence of the dead graves, Anna strolled along when suddenly she hit against a hard object. Balance was lost immediately and the girl fell hard on the ground. As the girl was on the ground she slowly opened her eyes to feel if anything was damaged. It seemed not. Her head was clear and it didn't seem like blood would be coming anywhere. Of course the back of her head hurt quite a lot, but the girl had already gotten used to pain when training reimancy.

In so she slowly raised her upper part of body and looked at the object that had gotten in her way. A male, human, but particularly interesting one, with well built body and face every girl would agree to sleep with. His eyes carried a good mans soul and clothes seemed somewhere seen before. In quite casual, maybe even a bit flirtatious tone, the girl addressed him.
"And I though all rocks here were grey and old! You seem like a new addition~" A small chuckle escaped her lips.
