Taurina’s Plotnotes Current Overarching Plot - With her time in Endrykas over for the time being, Taurina wanders lost in the city in Riverfall. She ran away from her pain and now seeks to hide from it. In the process she left her family, the people who needed her, and caused pain to her strider by taking him from his home too. In Riverfall, Taurina searches for a new meaning. She seeks Leth and to reinvent herself, in a way, while she tries to piece together her broken heart without facing some hard truths. Long Term Goals (Lots of maybes and rough ideas) - Dig into Taurina’s past life, discover who she was and how she died. Ideas (rough, needs fleshing out and brainstorming) : Bonded to a black strider. (There are already glimpses of this horse in her memories) Strong willed personality. Dedicated to Leth and (potentially) Nysel. Magic wielder. Some sort of trouble led to her death. Something important either for good or bad and that mission now has to be rediscovered and continued. Possibly? Unsure. Will need approval. More coming...

XD OOC Goals : - To complete a second NaNo (failed) - To complete all placeholders (failed) Archived Seasonal Themes Winter 516 : Seasonal Themes Winter 516 Family Family is a big part of Taurina's development this season. She has been rather secluded and lonely up into this point and fears that she has gone mad because of it. This season she has joined the Stormblood pavilion (IC joining thread complete) which has given her a family, but now she has to learn how to work within one. She has to learn how to trust and how to connect with people around her instead of pushing everyone away. Fear Fear is playing another big role in Taurina's life this season. The list of her fears isn't necessarily long, but she does not know how to overcome her fears. This is going to be played with a lot in her fog delay event thread that will be going up soon. (Edit: Thread complete) Things Taurina fears (for reference) - Complete darkness, with it complete separation from Leth. Going mad. Zith (developed from last season's third Zith attack). The Sea of Grass or rather, being in it alone. Spring 517 : Seasonal Themes Spring 517 Trust For the whole of her current existence, Taurina has been rather closed off and not very open to others when it comes to her emotions. In the thread "She Gets Under My Skin" this was challenged a little and then following that, joining the Stormbloods had challenged that. She had gone from being on her own and lonely to suddenly being surrounded by a pavilion and therefore a family. Now she must learn how to let them in, trust them not only with her well being, but with all of who she is. Let the walls come crumbling down. Bravery/Leaps of Faith Fear has been a controlling presence that cripples the Ethaefal. This season the goal is to begin to break down that fear and challenge it. This comes with becoming stronger physically, being able to take care of herself, and also becoming stronger mentally. Learning how to face the fear and not let it control her. Summer 517 : Seasonal Themes Summer 517 Trust Trust continues to be a theme this season because Taurina now not only still struggles giving her own, but she believes she has broken a piece off of Az's trust in her. She wishes to fix this and erase the whole mess that she created last season by going off with a walahk into the SoG. Bravery Still very fearful and haunted by her fears, bravery also continues to be a theme this season for Taurina. Faith This season marks another year past since the Ethaefal's fall. She struggles most with her faith in the summer seasons, her nighttime form being a reminder of that day fighting in the sea. She looks to her silent god wishing and praying that he would reveal himself. She wants to be close with him again. Since bonding with Starfire last season she is content to believe that this is the path he has chosen for her, but that only quenched her longing to know the why behind her fall for so long. Fall 517 : Seasonal Themes Fall 517 Strength Strength of mind, body, and soul. Taurina has been known for how absolutely frail she tends to be and how she lets her fears control her. This season there is a push to break out of this (the catalyst for this push not yet known or planned). Maybe not all at once and she probably won't be successful for many seasons to come, but all things begin somewhere. Archieved Long Term Goals Endrykas : Bond to a strider and become Drykas again through that. Ideas : For it to be a mostly white stallion. Slightly luminescent in moonlight. Symbol of hope for Taurina. To be thought of as a sign/gift from Leth. Seen as assurance that she is moving in the right direction and did not make a mistake in coming to Endrykas and immersing herself in the people of her past. Plan : Approval to solo bonding thread via pm by Prophet. Happened early Spring 517 In the job world, become a full tattoo artist Plan : Reach expert-master skill level in tattooing, sketching, and possibly philtering (competent). Reasons : Helps Taurina gain knowledge of the Drykas people because of the importance of Windmarks in the culture. A way for her to become important in Endrykas and find identity in her work while still getting to be creative and artistic. Progress : Sketching at Competent Tattooing at Novice Philtering at 0, but thread started for beginning knowledge Pending grade for thread with lores concerning Sterilization Leth Ideas (more brainstorming required) : Gain Gnosis mark of Telepathy at some point. Not much to put here. Basically want Taurina to find a piece of her identity through her devotion to her god. Not sure how I want to go about this yet. Family Progress : Joined the Stormblood Pavilion in Winter 516. Reasons : In Fall 516, Taurina has had a deep lingering loneliness buried within her. Loosing the companionship of Leth that she had in his realm has effected her and she has only just begun realizing it. Family is an important aspect in Endrykas. They live together, hunt together, and protect each other. Without a family, Taurina is setting herself up for failure within the tent city. Archieved Over-Arching Plot Endrykas : Taurina searches for the purpose of her new existence on Mizahar. She looks to the past for the key to the future. Currently she resides in Endrykas, the land of her earthbound form’s previous life. She aims to learn the culture and immerse herself in the Drykas people. The hope is that she will find her identity among them again and through that her reason for being will be revealed.
