Continued From Part I - 3 hours later

It had been several hours since Ahajii completed his routine and Shakaar had again taken dominance. It just felt more comfortable for the brother souls when they were in this configuration. With Shakaar in dominance and Ahajii ready to switch when needed. They had used this formula ever since they had been children, running and playing in the streets of Riverfall. Deep in their hearts they both wanted to return to the city of their fathers, but only Ahajii would openly state this. Shakaar had retreated deep within himself and would not speak of his home or of their father. He went silent at the first mention of either. This was of course only a method of mourning, but Ahajii took it as his brother turning from his heritage and it was the cause of many fights between the two.

But today they were not thinking of home and they were sitting at peace with one another. They hadn’t spoken for at least two hours, but this was common for them. They would go silent for long periods of time, dwelling upon their private thoughts. Then suddenly one would speak up and they would converse about whatever came to mind. Their relationship was fairly good these days, like all people they had times of tension. But they had learned to deal with each other’s imperfections and embrace his brother for who he was, not who he wanted him to be.

Now was one of the times of silence. A time where Ahajii thought over the meaning of life and other such important subjects, and Shakaar thought over his next meal or when his next duel would take place. What did not enter the mind of Shakaar this day was that at that very time the Bull had sent a messenger to bring the Akalak slave to his office for another training session.
So when a man rushed into his room and woke Shakaar from his daydreaming, Shakaar leapt to his feet and quickly asked him what he was about. The servant answered bluntly and without hesitation that his master the Bull had sent him to bring back the Akalak slave. He wanted to have another training session with the warrior.

Shakaar’s first reaction was that of despair. He had only just healed from the wounds that the Bull had inflicted upon him in the last “training” session. There was no way he wanted to go through that again. But go he must, the wounds would be much worse if he refused to obey his masters wishes. For now he was merely a toy to be taught and beaten, if he disobeyed he would become a lesson to show the other slaves. This was a necessity, one that Shakaar didn’t like, but one that he knew he must follow.

So with a curt nod to the messenger, he went through his door. He waited until the servant passed him and then he started to follow the man through the passageways of the pits. When they eventually came up to the solid oak door that guarded the office of the Bull, the servant knocked hesitantly upon it. It was quickly opened by the last man that Shakaar had wanted to see. The Bull…
