It had been a long day for Crosby, he had basically been walking the entire time through the bazaar. His feet hurt, he was tired, the only thing that seems reassuring was a nice nights rest. So he stabled his horse and mule and walked through the keep looking for a place to spend the night. There was a cheerfull mood and the man was happy being in some place other than Sunberth. He walked into a normal looking Inn that had a tavern on the bottom level, he walked up the proprietor and said "How much for a room" and the barkeep replied "5 silver mizas" so he rented a room for the night and went upstairs to his room.

But he wasn't ready to go to bed yet, no, not at all, back in Sunberth he was known to never go to bed without buying all the pretty ladies a drink or two. So he put his things in his room, got freshened up and went downstairs to the bar to see if he couldn't acquire some company. His first step was to get drunk and liven up the place, Which is sure to get the attraction of the authorities. Syliras apparently requires manors, of which Crosby had little.

At first when he waled into the tavern it was quite, not even any music; but by the time Crosby was on his third drink it was loud and obnoxious. When he was drunk enough he went to try to acquire company for the night, so he tried to break his record for how much company he could get in one night. After an hour of his arrival he had spent an entire 10gm on mugs of ale and that was just for himself.

Meeting new freinds [Closed, Ursula]

Blue eyes peered into the graying darkness around Sylaris, it was cold and the night air seemed to whip around everything, taking down leaves and fallen brush as it went. Ursula stood off the side, her horse stood beside her and she looked around. She carried an armful of books, they would hold her attention on another of her sleepless and fitful nights, or so she hoped. Larson pawed at the ground, impatient as ever, she rolled her eyes at him ”Just wait, be patient for heaven's sakes.” he snorted at her and she made a snorting sound back at him, she had a tendency to be childish. Her black hair blew with the winter air, she shivered slightly, where would she go now? She was new to the area, she had traveled from the Sea of Grass, away from her prison, her captors, and made it here somehow. Survival was generally the only thing on her mind, she was tense and excited with nerved feelings all the time. She desperately needed some sort of escape from the stress, needed somewhere to go.

She hugged her cloak to her thin frame, she needed to get warm and fast, goose bumps had formed all over her skin. She began walking, into the bustling town, through all the noise, her heart rate shot up as her anxiety kicked in. Things were a little more blurry then before, she hated this panic feeling but breathed through it. These days she was much better about her fears, but not totally over it. Larson clopped around behind her, she looked for a place to keep him for a little while, people probably wouldn't take kindly to him walking about freely. ”What do with you now.” she looked back at him, he almost looked perplexed at why she would leave him with someone else. Sighing softly she gazed around, hoping for a friendly face.

Finally finding a place to leave him she was satisfied, she thanked the portly man again graciously, and walked off, still carrying her books. The tavern was near by, and she slipped in, feeling the warmth engulf her. Ursula sat at a back table, crossed her legs and looked around, nothing caught her attention, she went back to her books, scouring through them with heated interest. She ordered some sort of tea, holding the cup close to her face she let its warmth sink into her skin, her big blue eyes shut, enjoying the heat.

Crosby had been having a blast despite being comically successful at picking up women. He was turned down by several different races in several different languages, he even talked to a Dhani for a few seconds but he soon got freaked out and went of to others. He saw a nice looking lady walk through the door, she looked kinda mysterious, she had a grayish skin tone and she had bright blue eyes; needless to say, the man was very curious.

As he stared at the gray lady he felt a tap on his shoulder "I'm going to have to cut you off, i don't want the knights poking there heads in here and blaming me for the noise" the bartender said. Crosby quickly turned around with a desperate expression on his face "WAIT! WAIT! Ill give you 2 gold for just 2 mugs, thats more than DOUBLE! Please all i need is two and i'm not even drinking one of them." he pleaded as if it where the most important thing in the world. So the bartender filled him up two glasses and he started his way to the gray lady.

Still not the least bit sober, he walked over there and was saying "Hello ma'am my name is Cro-awoah-ahh..." he had hit a small imperfection in the floor and fell right onto her spilling both his drinks every where. At this point the bartender was yelling at him to get out, but he wasn't going anywhere.

Her head snapped up, a man was clearly drunken and staggering. She blinked and looked around, not so much scared as she was confused. "Um sir, are you alright?" she noticed the drinks in his hand, and then felt them fly over her. Her face flushed crimson, mortified at the public spectacle he had created. A hush creeped over the place and everyone was staring, her anxiety kicked in full gear and it took all she could not to run off. Her rage came next, who the hell did this guy think he was? She exhaled sharply "I think, sir, you have had enough to drink. More then enough. Control yourself and bring yourself together."

He looked so sad and pathetic sitting there on the floor, drunks generally did though. She noticed he had two cups, he must have been bringing her the other one. Oh great, now she felt bad, he had been trying to be nice, which was rare given what she so obviously was. She offered him her hand "Where are you staying? I will escort you back there." she couldn't leave him to just lay there in his own illness.

Ursula hated being nice, but he had wanted to be nice to her. She was dripping wet, the smell of alcohol consumed her nose. It was going to be extra cold now that she was dripping wet because of this man. She sighed.

In his mind... Crosby was making everything better, but in reality (which he was to drunk to participate in at the moment), he wasn't. He was causing the Inn to loose customers, breaking things, and even spilling stuff all over an innocent traveler. The bartender was letting it go until the line had been crossed, he hoped the Knights would come and throw him in the Tank. It was only a matter of time till they did take notice or someone reported it and came by to get him.

Meanwhile in Crosby's perspective he couldn't see a thing, as he had momentarily blacked out. His eyes opened and he was lying on his stomach in a puddle of Ale and the "grey lady" standing over him asking where hes staying. To be fair, in his blurred eyes it sounded a lot like an invitation, so he got up and said wherever you want me to. The bartender still yelling at him to leave and Crosby yelled back "YOUR YELLING TO LOUD! I'M TRYING TO HAVE A CONVERSATION!."

Ursula was shocked to see someone this drunk, he could barely stand on his own. He was now yelling at the bartender, she flushed red as the sun on its hottest day, this was mortifying. She rolled her eyes at him at his comment "Just tell me where to take you, you need some rest." she pushed him into a chair, it wasn't difficult, he was swaying all over the place anyway. "Uhm, excuse me bartender, can I please have some water?" she spoke softly, barely audible of the insane man's yelling. The bartender grabbed a glass.

"Good thinking getting him to drink water."

Her smile had faded away into a frown "Oh this isn't for drinking, its for payback." she threw it in the man's face. "Get a hold of yourself, you look like an imbecile." she bit the words out, angry that he continued to embarrass her. She just wanted to sit alone and read her books, not be bothered by this deranged man. Ursula glowered at him, he was not helping the situation. "I think you should let me take you home, or wherever you are staying, you need to rest, not just sit here and disrupt everyone's good time. sir."

Generally she wasn't so bold, and she would never throw water at anyone, but he had made her mad, and was being an embarrassment to her. She was displeased by this show of behavior, and wouldn't stand for it much longer. He needed to get a hold of himself before she got angrier.
