Right well lets start with a name. You are best calling me Kailean or Kai or Kail. I know I'm registered under a male name but I'm female. ^^0 I haven't rp a female as more then a side char to get something in a long time. Any who I have been roleplaying for 6-8 years (its kind of early where I am right now and my brain hurts too much to actually sit down and count out the years so I'm guessing). That being said I have been spoiled for about half that time with one on one rp with people that will actually spell out words like "you", anyone that refused to use somewhat proper english was encouraged to go else where. Mostly what I write is a little on the dark side and has a decent amount of smut in it. That also being said I rp slash about 99.987% of the time hence the whole I haven't played a female in so long bit. I found Mizahar by wondering around google actually looking for some people to rp with since most of the people that I would typically rp with have been really busy of late. A weakness of mine is that I can be distracted with ease which will make this hard in some ways since on here you can't really hit the send button 10-20 times to get my attention with sound like on messenger ^^0. I think that I'm rambling now....so yeah....done...very done.

I has a question concerning the whole starting package thing. Where would I put that? I must be blind I swear I could kick myself but I can't find it...could be because I'm trying to doing like 1 million things at once but...we'll pretend that I'm not.

Hey Kai! Welcome to Mizahar.

You can post your starting package either in your character sheet's first post, or you can make a separate post and put it there. Players need to keep track of their own skill sets and items. So for skills, you could make a new heading named just that, and for any items you decide to start with (make sure you deduct money from your golden mizas if you start with any items on the price list!), you could make a section called "equipment", or "possessions".

Looks to me like you already did that in your character sheet though! A small point I'd say is important is that characters aren't supposed to start with skills that are below 5 points, or above 30. So you might want to rethink a few of those! Don't worry - gaining experience is very easy to do with a couple of meaningful posts.

Amaranthus<----I'll take the point thing and fidget with it then. As far as the starting package. It says that if we don't need shelter we can cash it in. Can I cash it in then get the bits and pieces of "shelter" that would fit Shikaku best? He's more likely to sleep out side and put the horse in the tent so that's not really needed. He would be happy go lucky with a tarp or two and a bed roll. Then getting the horse...how would that work if its not a part of the starting package...just buy it at the price the listing says it would be or are there rules with that?

Hex<---I love smut to. If you are open to slash then I'm always open to one on one but my char typically don't have the nifty little sheets and when they do they are shorter and more in Kai short hand, which means they make sense to only like one person aside from me. ^_^

You're always free to cash the whole shelter package in (there's a value for that - 500 mizas), and then buy back the bits and pieces you'd like to have at their cash value off the price list in the wiki (just do a search for price list... its extensive and divided into pieces). Be sure to track what you cashed in and what you then bought in a 'ledger' or 'coins' section. This shopping spree can happen with inanimate objects and pets/mounts both. And you can either do it prior to starting or actually go to a city and post around doing your shopping in that cities various stores. I'd just recommend not taking the shelter/horse - take the coins - and then just buy what you need prior to starting.

I also made the decision to trade in my shelter and am just using a backpack, no bedroll even. I gave my char wilderness survival to be able to cope with that so yea the combinations of things you can do with the money is great. I have yet to buy anything I just haven't taken the time but I took a look a the price list and it's huge!!! woot.

If I ever make a male character I'll let you know about the slash, although I love the hetero smut
