He ducked under the blade, letting it sail over his head as he smiled, "At least you can keep up..for the most part." The Mage Knight chuckled as he held up his fist, showing the wind that circled the gauntlet. "I used a glyph that I wrote on a paper in my gauntlet an hour ago. It opened and let loose my wind Reimancy."

Andre only smiled as he stepped back "But you are tired, perhaps a rest before you go against one already trained in Unarmed to deal with a blade wielding opponent."

Komax was somewhat impressed with Andresciel's explanation, but he didn't quite understand what was being said. Still, enough of it was intelligible to him that he had a general idea. When offered the chance to rest, Komax immediately nodded. He was tired out from the spar with Xalet and Andre's punch had completely winded him.

"Very well," Komax said, putting the sheathed blade back onto his belt and sitting down to recover his strength.

Xalet had watched the exchange, using it as an opportunity to watch two individuals fight from an audience's perspective. The akalak already knew what type of combat Andresciel utilized. At least somewhat. Defending against magic was a tough challenge, especially if one did not have magic of their own to counter it. Xalet didn't like the stuff though, regardless of it's uses. In his heart, he had decided long ago that magic could be over come, simply from the relentless pursuit of physical excellence.

Reimancy was especially dangerous, one of the more taxing magics upon the body. The squire had long heard that it's users were prone to overgiving, and the results weren't pretty when you were messing with primal elements. "A good set of armor will allow you to go far. Not as a crutch, but as a supplement to skilled combat arts." he remarked as Komax took a moments rest. Armor and a good shield were strong allies in the field of combat, as Xalet had been told. Like anything else, there was a distance one had to travel before unlocking their potential, and the purple warrior had a long distance yet to go.

"Magic is a very touchy subject around most Knights that do not study it." Andre smiled softly at Xalet before turning towards Komax "Rest. I shall fetch some water and a bit of bread." He stepped out of the area, vanishing into the darkness of the castle to return only moments later with three flasks of water, and a loaf of bread.

He offered the bread to Komax, while taking a sip from his flask of water.

Komax supposed Xalet was probably right, though he'd been trained to fight light, and armor might throw off some of his maneuvers. Still, it would probably compensate for that, if Komax could get a suit of armor. He thought he had enough money, though he didn't know exactly how much a suit of armor would cost around here, where he'd only been for a very brief time. However, at the time he was trying to save up for something special and that would probably take a rather significant amount of time.

When Andresciel returned from his brief trip into the castle, Komax graciously accepted the bread, realizing only then how hungry he was. He hadn't eaten all day, because recently he'd been trying to save as many of his precious mizas as possible. Once he had established for himself a place within this city, there would be a time to eat well.

Komax devoured about a third of the loaf in short order, then turned towards Andresciel and Xalet. "Would either of you like the rest of this?" he asked, hoping that he would be able to save some for later but not wanting to offend either of the others.

"Thank you, Ser." said Xalet. Although he was slightly winded, his physical conditioning due to the pressures of his Patron as well as constantly wearing the encumbering armor had given him a fair bit of endurance. He removed his gauntlets to more properly grip the flask before pouring it back and down his throat. He put a small bit upon his palm before running it through his hair, sweeping it back and out of his face.

"Keep it." Xalet said, lifting up a hand in refusal at Komax's offer. The squire was on a fairly strict nutritional diet created by his Patron. Supposedly it was her experiment dealing with herbs and certain foods that were meant to increase physical performance. Whether or not they had any actual effect was yet to be seen. The Akalak could also tell that Komax was feeling the effects of hunger.

"If you plan on staying awhile, and you're not here to become a Knight, I would suggest visiting the Employment center. It's located just inside of the main gate, you can't miss it. At the very least you could gain some coins to help you in the future." the squire suggested. He knew Komax was new to Syliras, and given the huge nature of the city there was always something that needed doing. Depending upon a person's skill set, the pay wasn't always that bad either. It could at the very least help fund his future travels.

The Mage Knight nods to Xalets words "Listen to the squire." He shook his head towards the bread, having ate with the other Knights. "The Knights pay well enough." He stated, shrugging as he sat down, his leathers creaking as they bent.

He turns to Komax "Eat, Good Man. Have your fill. We do not do without. The Order pays for our food." He stated, chuckling as he toys with the wind and flame Reimancy in his mind, thinking about new combinations. "If you wish to learn Reimancy, I can teach you. But I'd have to get permission from my superior to make you a Squire." He chuckles, rubbing his chin.

Komax nodded, glad that the entire loaf had been intended for him to eat. It wasn't long before all of the bread was gone, and when Andresciel spoke of Reimancy, Komax shook his head almost immediately. It was fascinating, but the Svefra didn't want to get caught up in that sort of thing.

At the same time, he had no wish to offend anyone. "I am sorry," he said, "But I'm only here until I can raise enough money to leave. I have little interest in learning Reimancy, as fascinating as it is."

"Fair enough." Xalet admitted. For many people Syliras was a place to pass through. A sanctuary to rest, regain their supplies, and not have to worry about the dangers of roughing the wilderness beyond the protection of the Knights. "You may come to enjoy this place though, one never knows. There's a job for everyone though, so you shouldn't have trouble raising your money."

The squire was quick to finish off the rest of his flask of water, placing the empty container upon one of the stone sills lining the outside of their training grounds, high above the ground level of the rest of the city. Of course he would return the glass container to it's rightful place amongst it's brethren in time. "Very refreshing. Had enough sparring for one day?" he directed his question toward the Svefra. More than likely Komax wouldn't be able to find himself back into the training grounds in the future, and Andre could beat Xalet up whenever he wanted, so he focused on giving the newcomer as much practice as he wanted. "If so, you can sometimes find me just outside of the gates in the Bronze Woods when things get a little too cluttered in town."

He chuckles, shaking his head as he pushed from his seat "Sadly, I must return to my studies. The Arts never rest, as they say. Good day Squire Xalet, Sir Komax." The Male stated as he pulled his black cloak from the bench and set off from the room, to leave the two males be as they wished.
