Leatherhide's
One of the "louder" looking places to call the citadel its home, Leatherhide's is indeed a sight. Located on the edge of the courtyard, Leatherhide's is built into the citadel wall. Out front, passerby's and potential customers are greeted by the sight of animal skins stretched out on poles, tables holding a number of items made from not only animal hides, but also bones, teeth and claws. Leatherhide's belongs to the local tanner, a Sultros Isur by the name of Iandan Leatherhide Sultros. Iandan is not only a tanner, but an accomplished hunter who makes routine hunting trips into the Unforgiving in search of wild animals. His successful hunts bring in food for the citadel and furs/hides and other parts for his shop. Iandan's wife, Calanil, helps run Leatherhide's while Iandan is busy hunting and can often be seen outside the shop, hanging hides.
Inside the shop is somewhat small; a single large room with a smaller one attached for storage. Here, the walls are covered in various furs while goods made from all kinds of leather can be found hanging from racks or displayed on tables. On the floor, for display only, is a massive bearskin rug. Rumor has it that Iandan successfully bested a dire bear and used its skin to decorate his shop.

Izentor Items: Iandan is capable of producing items baring the first mark of Izentor; Izurdin's Gnosis. These items are of the greatest quality and bare the mark of Izurdin somewhere upon them. They cost 10x the listed cost and possess all the properties of the first mark of Izentor.

Description: Iandan appears very worn and weathered; his once handsome visage marred by scars received in his many years of hunting. While scars may be seen as a flaw to many isur, the source of the ones Iandan bares brings him no small amount of respect. Always honest, painfully at times, and to the point, Iandan is sometimes hard to get a long with yet he is well respected by the isur of the citadel.

Description: The thing most people notice upon first meeting Calanil is the color of her arm; blue. Calanil was born a member of the Vizerian clan. Her family, like many Vizerians, was strictly religious. Calanil felt overloaded with religion while growing up and though devoted to Izurdin, she wanted to explore other aspects of worshiping him. When old enough, she left her home and came to Sultros where she met Iandan. Iandan's experiences outside of the the citadel, along with his rather unique personality, attracted Calanil to him and the two hit it off almost immediately. They have been married for 30 years with Calanil helping Iandan at his shop. Friendly and willful, Calanil is willing to help anyone who comes to Leatherhide's to shop.
