Young sailor wants to join a crew!

Hey there. I just created a new character and thought she should be a sailor. I want to join a crew, also I'd like to be somebody's family member in a crew. I'm pretty flexible, I don't mind her to be any human-like race, or even some other and I could even make her male if you want so. So, I'm changing her as you wish, I just want to have young (maybe even younger if you want) sailor character. If you don't want family member it's okay, I just need a crew.

I was thinking of making a sailor character to replace my non-starter Isur blacksmith, and he would be on the ocean with his sister, who he is sailing with to escape his otherwise boring family life. I had abandoned this plan because of a lack of sisters, but then you came along

If you agree, give me a day or two to get a character backstory drawn up and we can go over it together to create a character that fits your backstory as well as my idea.

Note, however, that you wouldn't be getting paid since you'd share the family's (our) funds.
