Cryslar's Might Brew

Image

Taking hints from ancient architecture salvaged from the Old Kingdom, Cryslar's Mighty Brew is one of the great spectacles of the Plaza. Appearing more as a miniature palace than a tavern, The Brew, as it is more commonly known, sports outer pillars fully sculpted into the form of isurian heroes while the walls are fully blanketed in a relief depicting good times, great friends and better brew. There are a number of benches arranged outside of the building where patrons can sit outside and enjoy themselves.

Inside The Brew is no less extravagant then outside. A short set of stairs leads from the entrance down to the tavern floor. Tables are carved out of the floor itself so that it looks like the tables were naturally formed from the stone floor. Stone chairs lined in luxurious padding are positioned next to the tables; so heavy that only an isur could move them with ease. The walls are also done in relief depicting a vastly detailed scene that encompasses the entire expanse of the inner walls. The scene portrays Izurdin himself drinking, dining and crafting alongside his children, the isur. The lighting is dim; provided by a number of small globes of light set into the wall relief in carefully calculated locations so that they look to be a natural part of the scene.

At the far end of the tavern, a massive bar, looking also like it was a natural formation grown out of the floor, runs nearly the entire width of the building. Behind it, the wall is filled with shelves baring all manner of isurian brews. A doorway leads to the back to a full kitchen and storage area.

A massive hearth dominates the center of the tavern and looks like something out of Izurdin's divine realm. Izentor marks can be seen prominently on the surface of the hearth and the flames that burn within do so constantly and without stoking; a deep crimson color emanating outward. Bards can often be found singing, acting and storytelling around the hearth, adding to a robust, celebratory atmosphere that adds to the flavor The Brew offers to its patrons.

Patrons from throughout the city and kingdom alike frequent The Brew and even the King himself has been known to visit for a drink or two.

Race/Gender: Sultros Isur/Female
Skills of Note: Leadership 21, Persuasion 18, Seduction 15
