Wendevar's Forge Located on the Upper Level not far from the King's Palace lies a rather small, humble looking building. This is in fact the forge of Wendevar Firesteel Sultros, the legendary smith. The forge is little more than a simple cottage with an simple forge attached to it. There are few furnishings as Wendevar is known to live an extremely simple life. Little is known of the great smith. His grandfather helped found Sultros and his father served as a smith for Izurdin's Hammer. Wendevar's skill seemingly came out of nowhere and some believe is in fact, Izurdin's Champion. However, Wendevar only has two marks of Izurdin. Such items require one week to craft per item requested and at the end will possess the mystical ability to help diminish the effects one's greatest fear has upon them. They are not immune to fear but are able to manage it better. He takes life one day at a time and stops to enjoy the small things. He doesn't make weapons and armor for the money although the money he makes, he donates to various charitable causes. Wendevar has never been known to take an apprentice although countless individuals have inquired. He is a loner, a hermit and although a kind man, chooses to be left alone. He is a patient man, perhaps even more patient than most isur which is saying a lot. Due to his immense patience, his crafted work that bares the second mark of Izurdin, instills patience in the form of helping the owners handle the effects that their greatest fear may otherwise bring upon them.
