Basic Information
Name: Ravus
Race: Kelvic
Age: 14 years old
Gender: Male
Physical Description
While in humanoid form, Ravus is very short - being approximately five feet in height if not smaller. His black hair is thick and contains a rough texture, and his eyes are a clear, crystal blue - containing a harsh, cold stare at times, containing a soft, caring glance at others. Ravus is thin and slim of build, his fingers and limbs particularly long and delicate in proportion to the size of his body. However, do not be fooled by his appearance or small form - Ravus is capable of smiling to your face while stabbing you in the back. He is also stronger than he looks and is an unexpectedly capable fighter - his instincts making his height of little concern when faced with a taller opponent. Due to his size, Ravus is also quite swift on foot, for it is his nature to fight in this manner. Also, Ravus is quite good at climbing objects and grabbing and holding on to things rather well.
Question - can a Kelvic turn into any creature? And, if so, can I use a mythical creature? Or does it have to be "realistic". And another question - if I can use a mythical creature, can I use one I created, or does it have to be a monster already set within Mizahar?
Character Concept
Ravus appears to have a calm, accepting personality. However, do not be fooled, for, deep inside, he is truly scared and confused. For the sake of survival, Ravus often pretends to know what he is doing, whilst, deep inside, he is lost and unknowing. On the contrary, though he is secretly frightened by the world, Ravus is bold and courageous - daring by nature. The fear that he fights so hard to hide is also the intoxicating sensation that gives him life and energy. Ravus enjoys safety, though, before long, he will often become bored if nothing satisfies his interests. It is then that he will begin to cause trouble or become violent in restlessness. Always moving on, Ravus would rather travel than stay in one place. If he retains his position in one place for too long, whether forced or by choice, he becomes quiet, resentful, and is rather dull and unexcitable.
As for emotions - Ravus contains rather black and white emotions. He thinks of beings as either friend or foe, useful or unuseful. The only way not to be noticed by his emotions is by appearing too insignificant for him to notice - therefore he either loves or hates unless the object of his emotions is not of his interest. If he loves something, he is loyal to it and takes good care of it - whether it be a friend or a useful tool. If he hates something, he will either do all he can to destroy it or leave it alone - thus admitting his weakness and inability to overcome whatever this object of his hate may be. Ravus does not deal with pain or anger well. When pained, he gets angry, and when he is angry, he becomes destructive. Ravus fights to overcome these difficulties in his actions, and yet is hindered from doing so by his lack of incentive. His anger makes him unpredictable, and being unpredictable can keep you alive.
Despite his calm demeanor and even frightened and slightly paranoid attitude, Ravus is distracted quite easily. His mind is always on edge - flitting from one idea to another. It takes a lot of willpower for Ravus to focus, and yet he exerts this pressure on himself quite often - especially if and when in combat.
Acting more like a lone wolf than a social butterfly, Ravus tends to appreciate having his own space. He hates it when people ask pointless questions or try to invade his past memories with questions of his history.
