Oh man, I want a rage-cation! They are the best! It's like rage-quitting but without the unpleasant consequences!

This sounds kinda like my "temporarily giving up" technique. Because even if you give up, there's no rule you can't try again later, and you still get the emotional gratification of quitting :)
