The only thing I can see that needs to be modified in this plan is a little more clarification on the nature of the facility that houses the business. Is it in your home or separately purchased building? As for the herbs that the character gathers and grows herself, you will need to do some initial threadwork to establish having such items to offer as part of the business. From there, resupply can be considered automatic as part of the overall business operation.
