Description: Just beneath the waves of Thunder Bay, a short swim from The Skystone, is a small, isolated ecosystem that survives off the high nutrient content and heat from the underground magma current of Mount Skyinarta. It is made up of wild growing coral, seaweeds, and many varied species of fish life. There are many hidden coral shelves, niches, and hideaways, but in the very heart of the system is a cave. The cave is wide enough for all but the largest of Sea Velispar to pass through, but the most common inhabitants are seahorses, more specifically the Giant Seahorses of the Charodae people. The cave is a small network of underwater rooms and offshoots, and each room can house two to three Giant Seahorses comfortably. This area is popular among the Konti, Akvatari, and the very few Charodae that visit, and many will create homes among the coral. The cove is manned only by a single woman, and she lives beneath the surf almost nonstop, year round. Even during the Winter, when the surface is frozen over, she still toils away, ensuring that the ecosystem and her visitors are all doing splendid. Flutter Cove holds a special place in the hearts of Akvatari as many of the creatures share traits with the unusual race. This area is extremely precious to all of Thunder Bay, and even Skyinarta itself, and the people punish those who wish to harm it with a severity not often seen. Flutter Cove has existed as far back as any can remember, and has always been protected by one blessed by Caiyha. Some think that it is older than even the Inarta themselves, while others think it the birthplace of the original Akvatari. But that's times past, and none truly know the answers. She healed many Inarta, disregarding all forms of rank and caste, and simply caring for the next available inflicted. She soon became invaluable to the Inarta, but their constant desire for placing her into their system, and their need to have her abide by it, conflicted with her innate need to heal any and all. So, once her call was answered, she went down to Thunder Bay, and prepared to depart the city, when she discovered Flutter Cove. Her heart pitterpattered at the sight, and she immediately fell in love with the area. A few short years after maintaining and protecting it, she earned Caiyha's blessing and became the true keeper of the cove. She's a light and kind hearted soul, quick to befriend any, and keeps secrets from none. She truly loves every creature within the cove, and will protect them with her life if needed. Her gift allows her to know if a person fears being beneath the waves.
