Summer 4 512 A.V.

Somewhere within the confusing city of Alvadas, Jason began the long process of drawing the glyph circle that would be used to open the summoning portal to Fyrden, the world of which Jason would hopefully bond with one of its natives, becoming his Familiar. After his many trips to the library of cities like Alvadas and Zeltiva to research different summoning worlds, addresses, and techniques. Jason has finally considered himself well prepared to open a world to this world and make a lifelong choice that could come back and bite him in the ass. Bending over and taking a knee with chalk in hand, Jason being the process of drawing each line into the require glyphs. Each of these individual glyph take some time for the Summoner to draw. As the chalk moves with his hand the circle begins to take shape. Pausing for a moment, Jason wipes the sweat from his forehead and looks over to his note book. Checking the next set of glyphs, he begins the next painstaking series of ancient symbols.

As the seconds turn to minutes and then to hours, Jason has reached the last moments of preparing the circle for the upcoming ritual. Finishing the last glyph, Jason stands up and looks over his the circle for any flaws within its design. Seeing none, he goes over to his bag and opens it, pulling out another piece of chalk from within. Taking this piece Jason, goes over to the circle. This time drawing a double line circle, this circle would be the path of his defense sigil in case something goes wrong with the summoning, making sure the path follows the circle and is as close to it as possible. Jason feels a bit safer knowing he could release the future magic within the sigil at a moment’s notice. Finishing the pathway of the spell, Jason stretches his cramped fingers and then moves to the beginning of the Sigil. Restarting his drawing this time over the focus of the sigil is would, as the books he once read told him, act as the storage chest of the sigil. The spell he cast would be stored within the focus and release upon activation. Drawing the focus the entire length of the path, Jason hopes that upon release, the spell would begin to follow the entire path. After the many minutes of constant drawing, Jason moves to the last aspect of the sigil, the trigger. Reviewing his notes for a moment, the young summoner beings the next process, adding the trigger format with the word eternal inscribed into it. If he understood correctly upon said word being spoken, the magic would be released. As well confident that the word he chose wouldn’t be spoken in the upcoming conversation, Jason stood up from his kneeling position. Replacing the chalk in his bag, he walked back to the now finished sigil. Closing his eyes, he began to slowly force his res, his soul, out of his body. Opening his eyes upon releasing enough res into the air, Jason pushed and pulled it into shape of a thin wall in between pathways right about the sigil’s focus. “Fire light.” he spoke and the out edges of the res caught alight. “Go!” Jason said as he forced the djed downwards along with the on the edges. Right as the fire and res hit the focus, Jason allowed the rest of the res to catch fire. Now with luck, if the sigil needed to be activated, the fire would be release with speed and intensely it was sent in
h.

Feeling the after effects of the spell, Jason walked over to the stool next to the table his bag was on and sat down. Laying his head down and slowly falling into a place between sleep and awake, Jason waited on his contact. The one to which would help him in the ritual taking place in a few short hours.
