So Paragon pmed me saying that an old run down building would cost about 150 GMs. :] I'd be happy to pay off most of it. Before I would anyone else like to donate to the cause?

And once the building is paid for I can start the first thread to work on it. Whoever wants to be apart of it can post here and we'll plot what to do in that first thread.

It would be nice for others to share the cost perhaps. The reason for the cheap price is that the building is rather run down and is going to require a lot of coordinated work. But hey, it's gonna present lots of fun thread opportunities

Are you rebuilding it to make house or what? Nai would assist and pay for share, but she doesn't have time now, she will be off around 40th-45th and she's leaving for Epic Quest on 80th... Naah, we can build up a house in 30 days for sure and Nai should get away from Wrenmae... I'm in! And Nai will teach her Common if you want! And we'll get Tock to help if she has time.

As I said I'm happy to help with the labor! Don't think I can spare any coin though... I'm trying to get my own workshop/forge soon. But I'll devote as many days of building as I can spare!

And I've got some Architecture skill points and other things for repairing a building, so I'm your girl!
