Home of the Konti people, this ivory city is built of native konti stone half in and half out of the sea. Its borders touch the Silverwood, and stretch upwards towards Silver Lake, home of the infamous konti vision water. [Lore]

A meeting by the water (E'isi)

20th of Spring, 495 AV
Abase: Age 18
Height: 6'1''

The cool water lapped against the man's bare feet where he sat on one of the islands many beaches. The sand beneath him shifted with his weight, always adjusting and repositioning as the Akontak moved. Though the light of the sun was beginning to fade beyond the horizon, the man did not appear to be leaving any time soon. Absently he fingered a shell in his hands, his eyes gazing over it with a distant expression that spoke of deeper inner thoughts.

Abase sighed, placing the shell beside him as he rested his arms on his knees,
"Three years... I have been here three years, and yet I still do not know what I want..."

Such a forlorn thought coming from one who seemed so young himself, yet that brow was weighed down by a heavy burden that only he knew to put a name to. Raising one hand before his eyes the mans slowly closed it into a fist one finger at a time. He watched as the muscles of his forearm worked to pull his digits closed, and briefly wondered how they did so. Shaking his head he let his arm fall, and his eyes returned to watching the lapping waters that rested beneath the color changing sky.

E'isi: Age 8 years, height 4'10", still knees and elbows.

E'isi stood at the edge of the cobble stoned path that led from her home to the beach. Her soft velvet eyes gleamed as she watched the suns last rays dance upon the waves of the ocean. Bucket in hand she ran off toward the waves that tickled the sandy edge of the beach. The warmth of the day was cooled by the fleeting sun, the waters edge just barely lit. She came to a stop just in time to feel the warm waters of Mura lick her feet. A large smile spread across the Eight year olds face, as she twirled around, her arms spread out like that of a birds wings in flight. Kicking at the water, playing with the mists. Giggling she stumbled to a slow stop, only taking a moment to take in the beauty of the setting sun. "Sooo pretty!" she spoke only to herself. The young konti laughed as she shook her head slightly, a sigh of content passed through her small mouth. looking down, E'isi, started a slow walk, keeping her eyes out for bits of treasure. Bending down every so often to pick up a bit of sea shell or a pebble that shimmered, she hummed a song she often heard her sisters sing. The sound of a soft thump played in beat as she dropped her treasures into the bucket. Even though the konti was young, she often found things of simplicity beautiful. Things most would pass by, she would stop to admire it. Her mother often encourage the young girl to explore this, much like tonight when she handed a bucket to E'isi and told her to go out and explore.

As night approach with the cooler air, E'isi had to look closer to the sand, often stumbling over her long skirt. Still she looked and hummed happily, even shaking her rump in beat and doing little dance moves that looked a bit more like spasms of the body. Stopping only when she found a crab scurring across the sand. Her eyes grew wide as she thought of the possibility of having a new pet, she dropped her bucket and chased it. Her hands shot out, hoping to catch it, often only coming up with sand. Yet she didn't't give up. After she chasing it another several yards, her delicate webbed hands wrapped around the crab. A cheer of glee soon turned to a scream of pain. The crab, not wanting to be caught, pinched the webbing in her right hand. Tears welded up in her eyes as tried to pull the crab off. Only causing more pain and whimpering from the girl. Feeling helpless she started to cry, not noticing, that just a few feet away, another sat.
