Gnosis of Sagallius?

Hello! I'm new to this site and I'm currently in the process of devising a character sheet. I read that you had to have special permission to start your character with a Gnosis and I was wondering (hoping) that this is the right place where that question is addressed, if it is this is my reasoning behind wanting to start my character with a Gnosis (excuse my poor grammar I'm writing this in a rush.)
The character I am hoping to create is 15 years old, human, and to summarize her personality; wicked, manipulative, cunning and proud. Her father (whose job prior to his untimely death was a puppeteer) left her with no money nor home at the age of 13. All her current possessions were all gained by trickery and deceit using the fact that she appears much younger than she truly is to her advantage.
I was hoping I could start her character right after she'd gained the Gnosis of Sagallius...? I plan to go much more into depth with the story and will elaborate on this post if you need me to (which I shall do already on the character sheet if you grant me permission.)

Hey! Welcome to Mizahar, Runo. I'm Sphinx and I'm very happy to meet you.

The proper place to post a Gnosis request is in the Help Desk. Usually you post a story to apply for a gnosis, something that explains how your character gained the attention of the deity in question. When you post your question and story you can put a tag in the thread to address it to the Founder who made the God. Off the top of my head, the Founder who made Sagallius is Tarot, but don't quote me on that.
