Syliras Threading!

Hey, all!

I'm looking for some more threading for my character Maeva, based in Syliras. Flashbacks are also welcome!

Maeva's a massive flirt, loves drinking and other sinful things. But she doesn't really have any 'helpful' skills as such, but it'd be great if someone would be willing to teach her a weapon skill, or anything else that is actually beneficial to society.

Well, I am not available for flashbacks in recent years, but we could do a current thread. Would not mind meeting up with the kelvic. Clyde has met some before, so sort of knows how to deal with them, and their sub-human mindset.

Though looking at her personality, and her concept, she seems more like she would fit in better back in Ravok, were Clyde is coming from, not the stuffy rule filled Syliras. Maybe he will convince her to come back with him, once he leaves.

Though one thing I noticed, is that your kelvic is 8 yrs old. But from what I could find, a common lifetime for a vampire bat is 9 years, which would make your kelvic very old, not young like you are picturing her. You may want to cut her back, to perhaps 2 yrs old. Probably a more realistic age.

Hey! A current thread sounds good! Oooh I hadn't thought about her living in Ravok to be honest. Yes, I think it might be a good possibility for her to perhaps travel with Clyde to Ravok, if only for a brief break.

Regarding the age, I believe that Vampire bats can live up to 20 years... I shall double check though!

They can live up to 20 yrs old in captivity, with all the modern treatment and medical things, but in the wild, they usually only live to 9 years old. Which is probably closer to Mizahar age for such a animal.

But even if you do live to 20, with you being a 20 yr old kelvic the equivalent of a 100 yr old human, that would mean you are already middle aged, closer to 50 yrs old as a human form than what you say of in your twenties. Maybe not cut it down to 2 yrs old, but I would say cut it to at least 4 yrs old. And that is if 20 is the age we are going by. Just to be on the safe side.

And I would love a current thread, though just a question, what is her view on religion? Though I know it is uncommon for kelvics to be religious. Would she ever visit the temple in Syliras? I am planning to do a thread there, and need a second person for it.

Well Clyde will be in Syliras for an uncertain amount of time, but I am sure he would let you come along when he does go home. Though his other kelvic friend might get jealous.

Hey Maeva,

Keshta's in Syliras, she's just joined up with the Knights as a squire. She can't teach you any skills yet, but I would still be interested in threading with you.

PM if you have an idea for a thread, though I doubt our characters will end up being best of buds.
