Also, I can't quite seem to find the list of items that can be purchased ...
Edit: Well actually, I found the list. But how can I buy the material? Do I just add it in the ledger?

Once you register in the city, you can either solo a thread where you buy the items from the respective shops in the city, or if it's just one or two things, you can post a single post in the store's location thread, so long as it's permitted by the city/location.

Whoops. Ned to fix that then. I edited my profile earlier to add the weapons, removed the Mizas ...
