This shining population center is considered the jewel of The Sylira Region. Home of the vast majority of Mizahar's population, Syliras is nestled in a quiet, sprawling valley on the shores of the Suvan Sea. [Lore]

A walk down the street of the city (opennnnnnnn)

Postby Deklan Enyalios on May 22nd, 2010, 7:35 pm

Deklan had been walking around the beautiful city of Slyrias. He was in the upper part of town, away from the beggars and the hobo's that littered the slums of the city. The Knights tried to feed them but all they wanted to do down there is get drunk. Deklan found it all quite sad. He felt the money in his pocked...He forgot how much he had but he had enough for now. Soon he would have to use...other ways to gain money. He was walking up and down the streets of the city, with no set destination in mind. He was wearing a rather normal set of clothes and he his hair was as nice and as curled as ever. He took time with his appearance like any seducer should. He smiled at the women he passed, and even at the men. He didn't care about the sex of them...as long as they can help him achieve his goal. He wasn't paying attention when he accidentally bumped into someone...Deklan didn't get a good look at their faces, but he smiled as he tried to help them pick up whatever they dropped.

"So sorry...I'm Deklan Enyalios." he said still not knowing what the person looked like.

A walk down the street of the city (opennnnnnnn)

Postby Nyahna Sasin on May 26th, 2010, 1:45 am

Thais was a bad day. He had had a few close calls with the guards, and had barely escaped with his scales. He had escaped to the upper class area, and was now totally, completely lost. This annoyed him immensely, as he did come here on occasion.

As of now, he was just wandering around, looking for something familiar. Or someone.

He yelped softly as he crashed into someone. He was knocked back onto the ground, and winced as he landed on his tail bone. Why did humans have a tailbone anyways? They didn't have tails. It was very strange.

Getting up, he dusted himself off. "It's fine." He said. "I'm Sasin."

(OK, in case you were wondering, you can not tell that I am a Dhani, ok?)

A walk down the street of the city (opennnnnnnn)

Postby Sapphiere on June 28th, 2010, 11:17 pm

Walking along the streets of Slyrias was a time passer for Sapphiere, she was looking in all the shops, trying to forget many things. She wasn't having the best of days, but could see that some others where having worse...

" Sorry to interrupt, but are you ok? You took a nasty fall"

clearly she was getting in the way, but her nurturing self kicks in.

A walk down the street of the city (opennnnnnnn)

Postby Ash'eny on June 30th, 2010, 1:11 pm

OOCThere is no date set for this thread, and depending on that day would alter my character quite greatly. I'll assume for now that it is before day 20 of Summer, if I am wrong, just post it or let me know and I'll change my character's style as I should.

One might think that an area practically void of homeless men (which were stunningly few because of the strict laws the Knights placed in Syliras) would not be a place for Ash'eny to appear, though by the look of his cloak, which was brown, filled with nicks and scratches and tiny tears and held together by what appeared to be several large patches of colored (yet faded) cloth. His brown curly short hair was hidden by his hood as he moved slowly through the crowd, and by the painful motion he had in his step would lead one to assume that his left leg was wounded, or simply did not work like it used to, perhaps a long-time wound from the past that plagued every step he had to offer. Ash'eny's dark brown eyes scanned the area. What was he doing? Searching for a plump little pocket to lighten, or maybe even finding an overly caring person that might part with a coin or two. Stealing, begging, he was pretty good at both of them, and both could lead to the same outcome if you chose your targets carefully.

For a split moment, Ash'eny closed his eyes as he continued to limp by, rubbing his sockets with his left hand, both the thumb and index finger instantly got to work on massage therapy on his eyelids, creating small circles which, to no surprise, did little to relieve his anxiety, stress, or sleep deprivation. However, with the revelation of his hand, exposed an interesting trademark of the beggar/thief/young man, his left pinkie was gone, missing, severed from the hand, cut off at the knuckle, yet it was healed over, lightly scarred, obviously occurring long before today. It was back in the days that Ash'eny didn't particularly like to talk about.

"Shyke!"

Ash'eny cursed out loud just as the Dhani fell right in front of him, and since he was busy massaging his eyes, his feet just barely missed Sasin's head. Thankfully, Ash'eny was able to clumsily moved his trajectory into stumbling into the ground about a meter away, instead of crashing down on the person. Ash'eny was also thankful that the fall did little more than straight up piss him off, but he could cool down, it was an accident after all, not like he hadn't caused his own fair share of disturbance and discomfort. "Hey, are you hurt?" Ash'eny spoke out loud, but it seemed that his own voice was overshadowed by another, a Konti woman who had already jumped on the scene. She wasn't particularly doing much to help, but she showed some caring while the rest of the city pretty much moved on with their lives. They did work for a living, so it was understandable.
