Salutations fellow role-players!

Konichiwa, I'm Sin (Yes that is my real name XD) Anyways some quick little things you may or may not want know. I'm 14 years of age and also English is not my first language. My original language is Taiwanese and I speak a little bit of Korean and Japanese plus almost fluent English so please forgive me if I make any mistakes and correct me!
I have been roleplaying since I was eight and now I may or may not be a decent or good role-player and I would love any of tips no matter how small. I have always been a very big fan of fantasy and sci-fi role-plays but it seems most of them are the same old things so I was very excited when I came across this site on google.
Anyways I'm excited to be able to role-play with you guys and gals soon!!

Wow! Four languages? That's crazy! Do you like learning languages or did you just pick them up from school?

I see you've got your character sheet set up already; That's awesome. If you have any lore questions, be sure to check out the links above the Mizahar image banner. The chat feature is up there too if you have any questions the general public can answer or just want to chat.

And my personal suggestion for getting familiar with Miz is to take time to examine each city's forum. There are high population forums and others that are more close-knit. Find a city that will match both Sin AND Zaphira!

Thank-you for thee advice Shausha! I really appreciate it! The only reason I know so many languages is because my family has moved around a lot so I must adapt and learn the language. English and Tai are my two best though. I basically only know the basics of Korean and Japanese (like greetings, introductions, and other simple stuff.). I guess I like learning languages too. I've noticed how similar most languages are and I'm currently trying to learn greek but it's very hard due to the fact I mix up a lot of the languages I already know.

No way! My boyfriend is currently learning ancient Greek! I can sometimes hear him sounding out the intonations as he teaches himself.

I used to be pretty proficient in French, but it has been a while since I've brushed up on it; You lose what you don't use, as the saying goes. I've always wanted to know Japanese and I've recently developed an interest in Korean culture, so that's added to my wishlist, too!

If your character was ever in the Sea of Grass sometime in the past, I'd love to do a flashback thread with you! Just hope that you meet Shausha when she has a full stomach! :lol:

Korean is really fun but is very complicated and if I go to the sea of grass I'll be sure to keep an eye out for you! Also if you want I can teach you some of the basics in Japanese and Korean.
