[Wind Reach OOC] Touching The Sky

Hey Gossamer, I've been looking at some of the many threads that are going on and one question in my head keeps popping up.

Is there any place the Dek can't go? Or anything a Dek can't do at a certain location?

I know they're some obvious ones, like the Dek can't sleep in the Darvina Common Rooms. I just want to get the question out of the way so I don't need to worry if I'm allowed in certain places. This would be a real big help. Please and thank you.

No, see thats the beauty of being a dek. You are invisible. People expect you to be places working. The only real restriction would be on a grains storeroom or food storage that would be locked up by the cooks unless being loaded or unloaded.

Actually probably a great deal of Dek sleep in the commonrooms. They just can't officially own a room of their own or one of the suite apartments etc. Does that help? Everywhere else they are expected to be!

Hey guys-

As you might have noticed, I have been absent all weekend (well - playing my PC for some ME TIME).... so I wanted to let you know I will do my best to hit all the WR posts tomorrow and thrus. I have an appointment in town tomorrow (and spent today there as well getting my car battery replaced - would you believe you have to take the front tire off, remove the undercarriage protection plastic, and dig for it to change it on a Sebring?) so my mod plans for the day were shot.

I will however get some posts out after work tonight, and tomorrow between appointments.

Hey Wind Reachers...

After having a very busy week unexpectedly, then with the holiday this weekend, my time slipped away. I'm going to be focusing tonight on getting moderator posts done (with a few PC posts here and there of course!). In addition, I've been working on two new gnosis', the Players Guide to WR, and a new magic called Shielding. Hopefully a few of this new stuff will come online this week so you guys can expand your playing. So while absent as a mod, I haven't been absent in development.

Until then... there's a new Kelvic Wind Eagle in WR, and also, I believe Rosalie hasn't bonded yet, so be on the lookout if your interested in partnering up.

If anyone needs anything, let me know!

It depends on how you want to approach it. Do you want to live here or just visit? If you want to be just visiting, then stop into the city via a gate post (the road is open so new people can come and go as they please) and you can go ahead then visit the Valintar and get a class assignment, housing, etc.

Are the lake baths co-ed or do guys and girls get separate baths? Just wanted to make sure.

I'll get posts up to WR things tonight and tomorrow. I've been dealing with some doctors appointment issues and crazy busy irl so I haven't been posting much between that and the holiday.

But, we're all but back in action!

Just a quick heads up: I've been absent for the week, but I'm back now and will hopefully hit all my threads within the next few days. I really look forward to jumping into this character again and getting to know other WR folks.
