You seem to have a basic concept which is always a good start however you need to flesh things out more. Take a look at some of the other approved plans in this forum to get an idea of how to proceed. You will need a more fleshed out list of items to be sold as well as a listing of physical assets contained within the shop as well as cost of the shop itself.

Such a weapon is never offered off-the-shelf and is always custom and is something of a signature weapon; each having their own specific style and design which is especially important to an isur. While you do note that prices are just examples and vary, you may want to separate the Katana into its own category to further acknowledge the fact that it is completely custom and very special. Also, and this is more a suggestion than anything else, I would infuse Katana's with Izentor without exception. The making of this weapon should be, at least for an isur, something of a religious experience since the final product is quite amazing and very personal.
