Known as the Celestial Seat, Nyka is a religious city in Northern Sylira. Ruled by four demigods and traversed by a large crevice, the monk-city is both mystical and dangerous. [Lore]

17th, Fall of 513 AV "Thanks again, I'll need this tonight," said the woman.
"You better use it, or I may have to get a refund," Roshtah replied with a chuckle. That was the first customer for several bells, so Roshtah asked his parents if he could leave for the day. The parents agreed and with that he started walking down the all so familiar street. What Roshtah loved most about the eastern quarter was the pictures of coins that hung from the walls. One was a literal bag of Gold rimmed Mizas and the bag had written on it, "Safety Net". It was hiding under a bed which was very humorous because no one ever hides there money under a bed. Roshtah laughed to himself.
Before leaving the house he decided to take the chain. It was possible he could go practice somewhere later. He was one of those people that never really saw the need for self protection until recently and if he was to be honest with himself, he should have started sooner. Nothing ever happened to Roshtah but its Nyka, something is bound to happen sooner or later.
Roshtah wasn't walking for very long before the pictures went from depictions of coins and chests to blades, guards, and Uphis himself. Even the people in northern quarter dressed more vibrantly than Roshtah. His clothes were colored white, brown, and black. Talk about a fashion statement. Maybe he should get some new clothes, but then remembers he is broke. Fall was not being good for business this year.
'How long has it been since I was in the northern quarter?' He thought. Clearly it had been sometime because he couldn't remember seeing random guys running on the rooftops! Wasn't even a monk, just some guy. Roshtah waved since it looked like the man saw him. Hopefully he didn't fall, that would hurt.

The world around Savio was a blur of colors and sounds. The cool autumn air caressed his skin and hair, urging him to run faster. Work was long over for the young acrobat, and he was on his way back to his home at the Iron Fist School. The day had went smoothly, and he wasn’t too tired so he took this opertunity to get a little training in before getting back to the school…To train some more.
By the Gods, he had no life.
His lack of extracurricular activities was somewhat depressing but he didn’t let it bother him too much. He can relax and have fun at some other time. He needed to get better, and he couldn’t do that if he just sat around or went out and drank like other young men his age. It was a waste of time, energy, and hard earned Mizas.
Savio leapt over the spaces between buildings; feeling like he was flying. If only for a few moments. His flips and tricks becoming increasingly complicated and daring. The heights no longer worried Savio too much. If he fell, he knew how to roll with it and lander properly without getting too hurt. Front flips, back flips, hand springs, midair twists. It didn’t matter. The people below had become quite accustomed to his antics since he first started traveling the Nykan rooftops.
He was starting to feel the light burn in his calves and thighs, and his breath was coming in at a higher speed. It was a sign that he was at that threshold, where the pain of pushing himself was about to mingle with the euphoric pleasure of hormones his body released when ran. It was like a drug and he was addicted. At least its free.
He wasn’t long into the North Quarter when he started to get just a little too cocky. He was quickly approaching a rather wide opening, and for some reason his mind said he could make it. He pressed himself to run faster but when he jumped, it seemed that his estimations were severally off, and he wasn’t going to make it.
ShykeshykeshykeSHYKE!
The curse was like a mantra in his head as he felt his body fall, the next roof was so close but his fingertips just barely brushed it before he continued to fall. It almost felt like he was falling in slow motion, he looked down at the ground below, wanting to know what his final resting place would be before he hit but what he saw instead was a young Nykan man. Savio was going to land on him. And it was going to hurt.

While Roshtah was waving at the man on the roof, he realized that he was actually talking. He was saying something like Shyke. Clearly a different language but it was clear that he was heading straight down. The Nykan man about 175 lbs stood there watching him almost ready to meet his fate.
As the roof dweller fell, Roshtah pushed the nameless man weighing roughly 175 lbs out of the way. As the nameless man stumbled a few feet away he turned around, ready to watch the tragic fall unfold before his eyes. He would later wonder to himself, why did that man save me? But for now he could do nothing as the roof dweller picked up speed. He came crashing down, similarly to a meteorite hitting a house, on top of Roshtah.
Roshtah pushed the roof dweller off and began to pace back and forth making random noises instead of swearing like a pirate, which he very well could have. "Oh grafestillandedoonmediecine! What why ohoohohohoho."
The pain was totally normal considering the fact a man had just used him as trampoline. As Roshtah began to make sure everything was still attached and nothing was broken, he realized his chain was lying on the ground.
"That was painful, you should definitely avoid using people like that. You'll never make friends that way..." This was being said as he picked up the chain and threw it in his backpack.
