"The Sultros Kingdom for a damned horse."

Bolivar was starting to consider the offer if the chance ever presented itself. To have something with a mind of its own between your legs and leading you along... Bolivar first thought wasn't a horse. A repressed growl escaping from his lips as he stared back at the horse with murderous intent. Riding was not going well for him and it was only going to get worst before it got any better.

"Listen well. I don't need to be your friend nor do I want your friendship you fleeting nag. I just need your cooperation and I'll do anything you want. Just let me lead you around for fifteen minutes without making me look bad and I promise you. On my honor, that you will be taken care of. "

A snort came from the Avanthalian Sleigh Horse at that moment. Whether conscious of what the squire was trying to do or by pure chance Bolivar was convinced this evening was going to be long and arduous. Why'd they have to learn how to ride horses? Wouldn't it be enough to simply stand stable on one's feet to fight.

Yes. And no.

Watching a parade of riders lead their steeds along Bolivar found himself envious of their ability. A curious emotion but there nonetheless. Knowing little in the ways of horses upon first arriving Syliras and much less when it came to dealing with them Bolivar had a part of him wishing he learned of them back when he was in Sultros.

"They're quite something aren't they?"

An aside given to the rider coming up slowly near. Bolivar kept his gaze focused on the riders before looking back at his horse mentally musing. Today's chosen mount was larger then usual in an attempt to mimic the warhorses the regular knights rode on. Better to learn all the types of horses and how to ride them before choosing his own. Give them all a go.

You can do this.

"This complete defeat. I've never felt anything like it. Exciting and terrifying at the same time. Is this why the knights ride horses?"
