Assets: Shop building, laboratory, His assorted collected snakes. All the poisons he offers are crafted by him and stored on display shelves, and the materials harvested from the animals he keeps, which eliminated the price of adding the poisons to his shop, all the snakes were bought young and raised to venom producing age by him. He breeds the snakes when they start to get old, so he has a stock of serpents as well, that he is willing to part with at a price.
Debt: 325 GM for all the young snakes, the building is just his starter pack house but he sells things there too. The building is his starter building plus a basic bath and fine shelving which cost 29. 150 for stocking poisoncrafting kits. The total is 501. He owes this money to The Sun's Birth, and he pays it off in services rendered at one fourth the price in exchange for leniency in paying off his dues. So he would only charge a member 25% of the cost for whatever transaction would be taking place.

I like the potential of this business concept however there are some issues that must be addressed.

First, you have to pay the upfront costs of purchasing all items that you sell in your shop. So every poison, every animal and every item you wish to sell must first be bought by you at business creation. This would put your debt for poisons alone around/near 5,000 gm. The poisons require certain skill levels to work with which are noted in their descriptions. Also, different types of snakes are found for sale in different regions though one will almost never find them all for sale at once in any one place. Isurian Pythons for example are only found for sale in and around Sultros and even then only rarely. I would suggest modifying the goods you offer for sale based on the climate where you are selling them as well as keeping your skill levels in mind. Also, keep in mind the initial cost of purchasing all the items you wish to sell in addition to better facilities. You aren't going to be able to house a bunch of snakes in your starting house in any safe, clean, business manner and be able to maintain it.
