She certainly had a tongue on her, freely insulting him every chance she got, twisting his words and actions into acts worthy of mockery. Snickering at his politeness to the barmaid, who had despite him arguing with the obvious rather popular dancer of the tavern, had still bothered to serve him as nicely as she would any other customer. Not that the dance would understand that leering at him making lewd comments. Only at his warning did she visibly get on the defensive, words being dished out with twice their venom. Whatever nerve he had struck seemed to ebb away at her fury leaving only bitterness and resentment at her lot in life.

Throwing her last few words hastily she had up and left him before he had a chance to reply. It was probably for the best, this way they could both get on with their lives in piece. Closing his eyes again, turning his mug to let a colder part of the surface rest against the reddening bruises, Eleazar mental went over what he knew of the woman so far. She was a native to the city, worked as a dancer and possibly a prostitute on the side. She also had mentioned something about him owing her a favour. For what strangling him or near breaking his arm? Threatening him? Or maybe it was for failing to steal from her? Maybe he should have just succeed and then he wouldn't be in this situation!

Fuming silently to himself, the thief opened his eyes to find the cause and glare at her, only to find the dancer next to the bar talking with Merv and pointing at him. Shyke, what was she up to now? Did this have anything to do with the 'favour' he owed her? Eying her suspiciously, a quick sip of his drink later saw her back at the table looking less than pleased but calmer than before. Raising her own mug of water she declared to a toast to 'business', thus easing the thief's only worries slightly as he watched her down her drink in record time. If she could take in alcohol like that then she would be putting every Svefra at the Fish to shame.

Dragging his train of thought back to blondie's motives, Eleazar let his face fall into a soft frown as pin prick pupils dissected every movement she made. The dancer wanted to use him as a tool for her own gain, to what ends he didn't yet know, but it seemed interesting enough to investigate further. Maybe it had something to do with this 'Mal'? Or did she need him to 'borrow' some new jewellery pieces to flash at potential muggers? Or perhaps she needed a courier having had to chase him down for herself in the market. It was highly unlikely that she would be asking him to act as her bodyguard given the fact she could kick his arse personally, he was probably more use as a distraction.

Musing what fate the woman opposite planned for him, Eleazar barely noticed the barmaid's return. Only once large plate of food was stuck under his nose, nose twitching as the tantalising aroma threw his empty stomach into fits, did he look up at her. Eye flashing in confusion as his brows scrunched into disbelief, his left eyebrow arch gracelessly up in bewilderment.

“Ay didn't order-” He trailed off staring at her, before his lips mouthed out a distinct 'Who?'. A nod toward the dancer redirected his confused glaze away from the barmaid, at the woman who had just ordered another round of water. Who the petching hai buys a man who tried to rob them a meal? A decent meal at that; three thick slices of fresh baked bread from either that morning of the morning before, a hefty serving of boiled vegetables and boiled meat, a medium sized lump of cheese, a fried egg and a large table spoon of fruit preserved in what he assumed to be honey.

The sight was intoxicating; Eleazar had never seen so much food set out on one plate before, let alone intended for him. All to eager to consume the gift, small trails of drool escaping the corner of his lips, the teen barely managed to restrain himself. He needed to know why he was getting the food first. Swallowing deeply, he gaped openly at the female. Trying to talk, the thief only ended up stuttering half words hollowed out into useless whimpering, by the end of it his voice reduced to a quiet squeak that would have put any mouse to shame.

“Ehh!?? Wha'....Ay...Erm...You..food...A-Ay.....Er.....Umm....Why would you?....For me?. Ay...Um...Es 'is en egg? Ay can't.... You......'ank you, miss.”

The woman was almost envious of the meal that the thief had received. She had paid for it but that didn't mean that she was going to eat any of it. Caela wouldn't normally buy something like that for herself and so she watched jealously as the thief stuffed his face full of food. There was so much food on his plate, such variety. She almost took it from him, regretting that she had given him such a feast. He certainly seemed to regard it as a feast, judging by the way he looked at it when it arrived. It made her wonder if such a quantity of food had ever been presented to him all at once before.

There was some satisfaction for her in shocking him. Her decision to buy him a meal had been a shock to her own system but she'd thought that it might be a good idea. He would be grateful, he would be truly indebted to her and then she could put him to some use. What that use could be, she still didn't know. It was something that she'd have to determine but she hoped that she could put him to good use. She didn't want it to be a waste of a good meal. There was also the fact that she didn't want to have watched such a disgusting gorging for no reason. He had atrocious manners. At least he managed to close his mouth before speaking, if it could be called speaking.

The blonde stared at him as he made sounds that might have resembled speech if they'd been strung together better. She realised quickly that it was pointless trying to make sense of what he was saying because it didn't really make sense. Instead she waited patiently for him to finish speaking so that Caela could get a word in. At the last she caught the thank you, which came out as a quiet squeak. It made her wonder if he was going to start crying. The dancer didn't think that she could deal with that. She wouldn't know how to deal with such a reaction. She decided that it was best to speak now before he got overemotional on her.

"Of course it's for you. You looked like you needed it. You're too thin." As she spoke, she reached across the table and pinched one of his cheeks. A smirk curved her lips, showing that she was having a laugh at his expense again. "Thought we'd begin sealing ourselves into a little arrangement. Consider it a perk of doing business with me provided that I can find a use for you." She regarded him thoughtfully, once again assessing him. Could he have some totally unexpected talent? She wouldn't know whether to be pleased or laugh if he turned out to be a weapons expert or something. It was highly unlikely but anything was possible.

"So can you do anything aside from failing to rob someone and allowing yourself to be strangled?" she asked him, her tone serious despite her words. The barmaid arrived then with her new mug of water. She took it gratefully and sipped it as she waited for the thief to reply. The dancer realised as she watched him that she hadn't even bothered with a proper introduction. They still didn't even know each other's names. Was it important? Possibly.

"I'm Caela by the way. Caela Dorin. And you are?"

So the food was meant for him and with a cheeky comment about his health teamed with a well meant pinch to his cheek, the thief let himself dig into the food as the woman talked. The meat and vegetables didn't last long, neither did the egg nor the chunk of cheese. One and a half of the slices of bread were torn up to be used to consume the preserved fruit with the remaining bread eaten at a slower rate to the rest of the meal. Grinning as the soft bread disappeared down his throat, Eleazar made sure to pay attention to the Blonde's words.

A perk of business? If that was the case, he was definitely going to do business with her again. The teen had always been a sucker for those that gave him food, the only reason he ever came to consider Noven and Senghor friends despite the former's Gnosis. That had been one painful first meeting, though it was not like his first meeting with the dancer had been painless either. He really did meet people under the worst circumstances, mainly by his own fault if he was going to be honest.

The woman's next question caught him of guard, all though it was partly meant as a jester, he really didn't know how to answer it. The dirt covered face fell into a thoughtful expression, keeping his eyes low, Eleazar muled over the question. What could he do apart from rob people? Even since his mother died, that had been how he had lived. There hadn't been any other way for an orphaned seven year old to survive and with all his time spent trying to scrap a living, there hadn't been any time to learn any other skills worth mentioning. Thieving and running that's all he was. A skinny streak of nothing causing trouble and up to no good, a waste of space.

Finishing off his ale, he handed back the mug to the barmaid as she brought the dancer her own drink, it had warmed up too much by this point to do his slowly numbing face any good. Mouth set in a grim expression, his eyes seems to go pale and glassy as he tried to think of something he could do. Well, he was one of the few unfortunates that could survive the Stumble Alley after midnight but saying that would get him killed next time he went to see Remmy. Beside he rather liked using the Alley as a sure fire way of losing any trouble he had managed to scrape up in those wee bells of the morning. So caught in his pondering was Eleazar, that the thief barely heard the name of his benefactor.

Caela Dorin. Miss Dorin. Well, he assumed she wasn't married or seeing anyone, given her habit of flirting with half the tavern's occupants would have made any relationship rather strained. On the other hand, she had a nice face and did have a habit of flirting with half the tavern's occupants, so finding a suitor for her was no hard task. Caela was probably having to fend them off with a stick. The image of the dancer waving a twig at a crowd of men made him giggle out loud, eyes closed and cheeky grin returning to his features. Bringing up his ringed hand to sniffle his laughter, Eleazar hauled in a breath of air before replying to the woman.

“Em Eleazar. Eleazar Victor Syroin. Nice ta properly meet ya, Lady Dorin.”

His name was spoken without the normal cluttering of his accent, making it sound almost refined compared with the woman's name spoken in his best mimic of the blondie's own accent. The title he had added was purely force of habit, a guy tended to get beaten up less if he called everyone he met Sir and Lady. Rolling his shoulders out, Eleazar's posture relaxed into a slouch as he continued on mischievous smile in place. Physically trying to brush off the doubts harboured inside his head by putting on a mask of confidence, however paper thin that mask maybe.

“Tryin' ta find a use fer me, eh? Hm... Ay'm a decent runner, Ay guess. And... Ah ha! And Ay'm good at findin' 'in's. Gossip, People, objects. Good at findin' em. Escepically good at findin' trouble, unfortunately. So what aboot you? Can ya do anythin' other 'en dance 'n' strangle a guy, Lady?”

He certainly could eat quickly. Ale and meal were pretty much gone by the time she looked back down at his plate. Had he inhaled the food? He should have thrown up if he'd eaten as quickly as she thought he had. An iron stomach, that's what he must have. It was the only explanation that made sense. That was something that he was good at, eating things quickly. That wasn't what she'd call a useful talent if it could even be described as a talent but at least she knew how to keep him happy if he proved useful. Fill him full of food and he'd probably happily comply with anything she asked him to do.

Seeing as her question about what he could do seemed to stump him, she wasn't too optimistic about how useful he could be to her. Maybe he'd just been caught off guard and she'd put him on the spot. She wasn't always able to think up immediate answers to unexpected questions herself. Caela watched him with amusement as he thought, his expression becoming glazed. Maybe he wasn't good at anything. Maybe he couldn't even rob someone properly if the bruises on his face were anything to go by. If that was the case then he would be struggling with an answer. The dancer pouted slightly. It had been a waste of money then. Well she had gotten some entertainment out of her encounter with him, having fun at his expense so it wasn't a total loss. Still, it hadn't been worth those gold mizas.

Sniggering. Her eyes widened in surprise as she stared at him. He was laughing? The blonde couldn't believe it. She hadn't imagined it either because she could make out the grin on his face even despite his attempt to hide it. What was he laughing at? Her name? No, it couldn't be her name because there was nothing funny at all about that. Unless he'd heard some rumour with her name attached. She couldn't imagine how that could be but it was the only conclusion that she could come to. The dancer regarded him coldly as she waited for him to stop. Once he was quiet, she was ready to give him a tongue lashing but he spoke first and all anger went out of her head.

The young woman burst out laughing. His change of accent, his name, it was too much for her to be able to contain her mirth. "Eleazar! Eleazar! Are you serious? That isn't actually your name. It can't be," she giggled. She tried to stop it by covering her mouth but it did no good. She laughed until her sides ached and her eyes were watering and she was finally able to get a grip. She gasped for air, wiping her eyes clear of moisture before she looked back up at the thief. Eleazar Victor Syroin! Such a name to be burdened with. Belatedly she also realised that he'd called her Lady and started laughing again. This boy was certainly an entertaining individual and it wasn't as if he was being intentionally funny. She was laughing at him, which was sort of cruel she knew but she didn't particularly care.

At last, he provided her with an answer to her previous question. Perhaps her laughing fit had given him an opportunity to think about what he was going to say. She listened closely, nodding along as he talked. Running she could certainly believe. If he hadn't ended up in a blind alley then she probably wouldn't have caught up with him and she wasn't exactly unfit. What he said next made her forehead crinkle in confusion. " 'in's?" Caela asked, copying his accent because there was really no other way for her to repeat it. "What are- oh right, things. Your accent is unbelievable, do you know that? And yeah I can tell that you're good at finding trouble. Sometime today for instance." Her hand gestured to his face.

If he could find things then that might be useful. Not right now perhaps but in the future. She'd have to find some way to test him to see if he was telling the truth or lying so that he didn't seem so useless. If he was desperate enough for more food then he might be willing to say anything that he thought might please her. She wasn't expecting a similar question to he fired back at her although she wasn't as ill prepared as the youth had been.

Cocking her head to the side, she gazed down at the table. How to play this... He was male, he was as susceptible to her tricks as any other. More so perhaps because he was young. Young men were far more eager she'd discovered. Her lips curved slightly as a plan came to her. Carefully and deliberately, she stretched a leg out under the table until she came in contact with his leg. Her foot rubbed down the limb, contact maintained for only a few ticks before withdrawing so that she could cross her legs. As soon as the contact broke her gaze rose to his face once more as she smiled sweetly at him. It should be enough to ensnare him, she was fairly confident about that.

"I have other talents, minor in comparison with my dancing. I make do though. I don't keep a dagger for show though, Eleazar," she informed him before her tone became more mocking. "Do you have a dagger? Know how to use it?" If he was perceptive he might notice the double meaning in her words. She'd be interested to see if he would notice. If he automatically jumped to a sexual conclusion then that would tell her a lot about him. It was crude and not exactly subtle she'd be the first to admit but it would suffice. Now to wait and see.

She was laughing at him. Her rosy lips cracked open into unlady like snickering that she barely hide behind her hand. Was there really something wrong with his name? Eleazar was a perfectly reasonable name. So why was she damn well near pissing herself over it? Mask crumpling into nothing, the teen pouted at the hysterical blonde across from him. Well at least, he seemed to amuse her, Caela wasn't it? After a few long chimes the blond had managed to get a grip of herself, only to begin laughing at his accent this time. Seriously was he just some big joke to her? He was happy that she was no longer angry with him but the teen didn't feel that this was much of an improvement.

Her quick retort drew his attention back to him own face, and as if on cue, a dull wave of pain worked it's way down from his nose making him wince. Yep, as talent went Eleazar had a knack for finding trouble and tripping over at the worst of times. The two men responsible for his injuries had been a lot more aware of their possessions than the teen had first thought and much faster than their bulky forms had suggested. One of these days he would get away with a theft and not get injured during the process. Sighing his attention swiftly returned to the woman opposite when her foot made contact with his leg.

Freezing up solid, Eleazar instantly regretted asking the Blonde about her 'other talents' as her foot worked it way higher up his leg before disappearing back over to her side of the table. A deceivingly sweet grin appeared over her features as she answered his question voice deliberately huskier. Underneath the healthy layer of earth covering the teen's skin, Eleazar's face had gone ashen white. Cold sweat coated the back of his neck as every nerve on his body screamed, world tilting slightly as a forced toothy smile framed his yellowing teeth nicely. Where had this come from? Was it because he had made her laugh or was it a trick? Had he managed to accidentally seduce her? He hoped not, that would just make things even messier than what they were. What was going on!?

“Well, Ay probably got some practice using ya one last time. Heh heh. Umm... So what exactly es 'is favour? Et isn't going ta involve 'at, es et!? Or are ya jist messin' wi me? 'Cause 'at would make more sense Ay mean, Ay'm jist a streetrat, a 'ief, a crook. Ya know so Ay could never.... erm Ay mean 'ere a better people out 'ere and Ay..erm...Ay'm jist me. So don't even 'ink aboot et. 'Is ambulant larcenist ain't interested, Ah right? So What precisely da ya want from mi, Lady Dorin?”

Somehow keeping his voice even, the teen's words were spoken slowly if nervously, full of caution and an underlying tone of self-deprecating humour. Eleazar's fingers absent mindedly ran through his shaggy hair as he talked, twirling it around a finger then combing it out only to leave it to spiked up at all angles when his hands returned flail about in front of him. Empathising each word with a point or an open handed wave whilst the teen's eyebrows did somersaults across his brow, all coming to rest furrowed up on the base of his nose or fisted to prop up his chin once his little speech was done. What on earth was this woman after?

OOCSorry it's late and kinda short, also sorry for the block of speech. Elea likes to ramble and it's hard to separate it up since he speaks quite quickly. I look forward to reading your reply when i return from my holidays. :)

The thief's reaction was an unexpected one. She'd seen men react in many different ways to her before but this was certainly a new one. Fear?! No, it couldn't be fear. Nerves? The way he was grinning at her was clearly forced. It was an almost pained expression. Her eyebrows rose in genuine surprise. It was very interesting and made her wonder about him, whether her assessment of him had really been that wrong. Perhaps it was just the way that she'd regarded men of his age group. She'd made him nervous. His words certainly reflected the state that she'd managed to put him in.

Did he really think that the favour that she wanted was that? She couldn't help regarding him with contempt. There was no way that she'd sleep with him. He most definitely wasn't her type (not that she had a type) and she hardly knew him on top of that. If he actually thought that she'd ever give him so much as a second glance then he was sorely mistaken. The reason for his reaction was still unusual though and she couldn't help but wonder at the reason, or reasons behind it. Either he was genuinely disinterested in her, he didn't like girls or... he was scared at the possibility. If he'd never had a lover than what her actions had implied could have caused such a reaction, she supposed. It was going to stay a mystery unless she asked him and that certainly wasn't going to happen. The dancer would have to file away what she'd seen for future reference.

With that in mind, she needed to clear this situation up because he'd already gotten some of the wrong end of the stick. Throwing her eyes skyward and sighing, she turned back to regard him coolly. "I wasn't thinking about it. You did," she told him simply. "You wanted to now what I was good at? Well I'm good at making men think a certain way and swoon over my beauty. You're not the swooning type though. Obviously." The young woman shrugged, smiling slightly. There was nothing suggestive about that expression. It just showed that she was amused again. At least she wasn't laughing at him this time, something that would probably make him feel a little less self-conscious. Maybe he'd calm himself down a little bit.

Taking a sip of water, she considered how best to answer him. What did she want him for exactly? She didn't know. Based on what he'd said, he might have talents that were useful to her. She might not need him now but if he could do what he said then she might be able to use him to find people for her in the future. "Well, Eleazar... sorry, can't call you by that name or I'm going to spend most of my time laughing at you. How about I call you Elea?" she asked, continuing before he had a chance to answer. "Anyway Elea, if as you say you can find out information and find people then I may be able to use that in the future. It'll mean that I'll have to have some way of actually finding you. You know where to find me but if I need you then that doesn't help me. So where can I find you?"

The dancer watched him, wondering if he'd be willing to give her that information. He was a thief and if she decided to betray him or something then it wouldn't be a wise thing for him to do. Incentive, that's what he needed.

"Telling me is to your advantage of course because not only will you get food but you'll stay on my good side. You know from experience how bad it can be for you to not be on my good side. Remember that."

[Pig's Foot] Biting at the Bait (Caela)

Postby Eleazar Victor Syroin on August 6th, 2014, 12:22 pm

Feeling like a lit candle in a barn, Eleazar was one small knock away from disaster when the woman's expression changed. Rolling her eyes whilst his internally panic continue to flail out of control, she spoke to him simply and plainly. Brain faltering the teen mouthed at her like a fish on dry land as she explained. Was she blaming him? How was that fair, it had been her ruddy fault, being all suggestive like that. No wonder the manipulative broad classed it as one of her skills. The thief mentally bit at himself, feeling foolish and used. It hadn't been his fault. What else was he supposed to think? He had been raised by a harlot after all and his mother had never been subtle about what her work was. Now the blonde was back to laughing at him, great. Eleazar gave up trying to figure out what to think, murmuring out a reluctant "Obviously" in reply.

The dancer took this moment to take a sip of her drink before continuing straight on with business. Again she mocked his name. Seriously what was wrong with the name? Was it really that funny?Moving to reply to her enquiry the teen was cut off as she rambled on. Guess he was 'Elea' now. Ah well, the teen didn't mind really not that was he really in a position where minding would do anything in the first place. As long as she didn't start calling him Eleanor, that would be too creepy. Looking up at her face, the thief considered the blonde's request. So she was interested in his 'services'. Though straight up telling Miss Dorin where he lived was out of the question. It was too risky and the last time they had met she had tried to kill him. Heck, He wasn't even sure if Noven or Senghor knew where he lived and he had known them for over two years now, nearly three.

Muling it over in his head, her enticement did shift his thought process slightly. Staying on the good side of one of the workers at the major tavern of the city was always a good plan. But what to tell her? He moved about a lot during the day, so giving her a location that wasn't his apartment was difficult. Places frequently visited would be a good start but there was never a guaranty of finding him there either, so if the matter was urgent they would both be petched. Wait a chime, he was thinking about this far too much, the dancer just wanted a way of finding him. Okay, where did he frequent enough that she could find him? Eventually coming to an answer that wasn't too risky, the thief spoke cautiously.

“Seaside market, where we first met, remember?. Ay tend tae hang 'round 'ere till noon. Ef not, ya best bet is ta try 'e orphanage. Mi landlady runs 'e place, I guess she could easily pass on a message fer ye. Any'in' else yer want tae no, mi lady?”

He still looked to be reeling from her actions in spite of the explanation that she'd given him. There was nothing more that she could do, simply leave him to calm down a bit more and process what she'd said. It was a topic best avoided for the rest of this conversation and for the future. It was unfortunate though that her womanly wiles didn't work on him though. It would be far cheaper to manipulate him that way than having to buy him food. Maybe she could threaten to kiss him if he wasn't willing to cooperate. The thought made her snigger although she did briefly consider it before glancing at his dirty face, nose wrinkling at the idea of kissing that if he didn't take it as a threat. That idea was quickly ruled out.

The dancer waited impatiently for him to come up with an answer, fingers drumming on the tabletop. There was no guarantee that what he came out with would be the truth and the longer he considered it, the more certain she felt that he was going to lie to her. This was Sunberth and it was risky to give away such information but this was a business opportunity for him, not a threat to his life. At last a tentative answer came, sounding suspiciously like the truth. An honest thief? That was a first.

The mention of the Seaside Market made her snort. "Of course I remember. And don't say it like that, you make it sound like..." we're in a relationship and that's how we first me, she finished in her head but she didn't say it. A shake of her head. "Never mind. I don't need to ask what you'd be doing doing there. But your landlady runs the orphanage? You mean Jillene?" It didn't take much thought to come to a conclusion that probably gave away more information then Eleazar had wanted. A triumphant smile graced her lips. "So you live in the Sunset Quarters then?"

Although Jillene wouldn't tell her where the thief lived, if she wanted to find him then she probably could. Considering his condition she had a fair indication of his income. He'd be in one of the poorer sections of the Quarters, which narrowed things down a bit and it would be a simple enough job of watching for him to enter one of them. That isn't stalkerish at all, she thought sarcastically. It would be stalking but it would be for a good reason, wouldn't it?

She regarded him smugly for a few moments before giving a slight shake of her head to his question. "I don't think that I want to know anything else. I know how to get ahold of you, sort of, and I know what you can do. That's all I need to know. Aside from that... none of this lady business. I have a name you know." The woman glanced at the crowded bar behind her and grimaced. She'd have to get back to work soon and she really didn't want to. Well, she did want money so she supposed that she wanted to work. Downing the last of her water, the young woman rose and took her leave of the thief, words called over her shoulder the closest thing to a goodbye that he was going to get. "I'll see you when I need you."

[Pig's Foot] Biting at the Bait (Caela)

Postby Eleazar Victor Syroin on September 15th, 2014, 9:26 pm

Eleazar flinched as his answer was shoot down with a simple snort, did this woman have to demean on everything he did? Too scrawny and pathetic, apparently he couldn't even speak without making it sound like.... What had he made it sound like? The teen thought he had been fairly clear about what he had meant but obviously not. Drawing a blank on an answer, his face flitted back from baffled to cautious. Being scorned once again for the way he scrounged a living, the thief crossed his arms. The blonde could laugh it up however she wanted to but if thievery was what was keeping him alive then he couldn't see any problems with it.

It was then that Dorin said something that made all the blood disappear from the thief's face. Jillene. Shyke. Now she pretty much knew where his lived, not that he had been overly subtle about it but to get called out straight away, with that smirk too, the dancer was definitely beginning to scare him in more ways than one. Trying to appear unfazed by her smug grin, the teen gave what might have been a shrug if his right should had been a tick or two faster.

“Along wi' 'alf o' 'e rest o' 'e city. No 'at big eh deal.”

It was that big of a deal, mainly because it freaked him out that she had guessed so quickly, but also because of the fact that Jillene hated his guts. Not that much that she would throw him to the dogs but undoubtedly the blind hag would be a little too happy to wave trouble his way. Well shyke, he couldn't exactly un-say the words now could he. The lady knew roughly where he lived and he was gonna have to deal with it. Slouched back in the chair, he gave silent sigh of gratitude when it was decided that she had learned enough about him to make the deal work.

Noting her annoyance at being refereed to as a lady, Eleazar was almost tempted to keep it up twofold just to piss her off. A petty and childish idea really which would only cause problems in the long run, it would a shame to ruin what had turned into a fairly decent situation. He now had an employer?, was that the word, or at least someone that would buy him meals in exchange for services. Along with one less face out the street looking to kill him, and maybe with a little leverage someone that he could trust to cover his back. With these thoughts in mind, the thief cheerfully waved goodbye as the dancer downed her water and left the table.

“Till 'en, Dorin”
