Height: 5'10

Physical Description: Ash has the standard Myrian structure: tall, slightly muscular, and broad-shouldered. Her hair is long and brown, and her dark-rimmed eyes are liquid golden brown. Her face is young-looking, especially for her kind, and her lips are always curved very slightly upward. Unlike others of her kind, she has no markings to speak of besides the piercing of her ears.

Personality: Though strong-willed and strong-spirited, Ash is rather adversed to conflict, but will fight without hesitation when the time comes. She is also wise beyond her years, and chooses her fights based on importance. Name-calling and taunting have little effect on her.

Ethics: Although she believes that some structure is required in all societies, Ash is totally against over-involvement of the government or any other high power. Freedom is one of the things she values the most.

Likes: Ash loves all of the arts, especially reading and writing. She takes an instant liking to people who can back their opinions with credible evidence, and who share her cynical but optimistic perspective.

Dislikes: She is not fond of any aspect of country or barbaric life, and hates preforming chores. Anyone who cannot back their opinions is not a friend of hers.

Pre-Creation: Ash was the product of rape. A Myrian man raped her human mother, then released her. When Ash's mother gave birth, she was immediately handed over to the Temple of All Gods. Ash does not even know her mother's name. Even though she was treated as a barbarian by most who knew her origins, she grew up strong-willed and smart. Ash has learned to value freedom and intelligence over anything else. She has few friends, and many that she has are simply people who treat her fairly well. She is being raised to become a priestess, although she is haunted with what she believes to be uncontrollable feelings that power a good deal of the poetry she writes. Someday she hopes to escape her rank and city for something better and more suiting to her. This is Ash's shining beacon of hope.

Post-Creation: Ash escaped the Temple of All Gods after showing one of her poems (entry #2 in journal) to a priestess, who quickly screamed, pronounced her a witch, and locked her in her room to await religious trial. She soon met two men by the names Orion and Nero in a tavern. When she told them what had happened, they offered their help, and she accepted. She traded in her old priestess dress, shoes, belt, and cloak- along with three gold rimmed miza- for a less obvious wardrobe. Then Orion brought Nero and her to an abandoned apartment, where they stayed for an hour to rest.
