At least until I get to introducing myself & being introduced to the roleplay itself
So. Yeah. Hello! I'd glady respond to "Calla"... that is, if this name here isn't already taken by some Mizahar #ElitePlayer In that case, "Bob" will do.
I'm female, I'm fairly young. Found about Mizahar from few friends. Which seems like a fun hobby to immerse myself into.
I have read the starting guides and I have noticed similarities with those roleplay forums I do have experience with - but those are small, local forums, not even English, and with such a close-knit community no wonder I feel lost with this forum, all world and story, looming over me. What does my ~5 years of experience in the Small Pond even mean when confronting the intricacies of this world right here?
Mizahar. Yeah, I think the best way to learn and find myself a nice spot in your world is through practice and example. Because, well, my fingers will be trembling when filling out my character sheet, but that's the point of excitement, is it not?
Please be fair when pointing out my mistakes! Because I want to learn!
Also - since English is my second language, please forgive me sometimes mixing up grammar, stylistic word order and/or wrong use of "is/are" and other such things. Do point them out, though. I'd appreciate it.
Also: " What sort of RP style is your favorite?"... there is... more than one style...?
Does "3rd person limited/subjective point of view" count?
I do enjoy subjective storytelling - as long as the player him/herself can deal with ooc subjectivity and in-game point of view separately - which I hope wont be a problem, both from others & from myself. Not that I'd think it would be something to be expected from me... I just don't feel I'm somehow above such human failings. So, if something - or anything, really! - seems amiss, do point it out, please!
But, really, all questions about styles and favorite things in roleplaying... We'll have to see how it "plays" out, won't we?
