Summer 516 Seasonal Calendar and events

1st of Summer: Summer is officially here. Everyone greets the season in their normal Sunberthian nature. 

7th of Summer: After the events of the Spring flood, all the gangs of Sunberth suffer a hard loss in men resulting in low numbers of members.

11th of Summer: The river banks finally completed, citizens go to repair other parts of the city starting with the rotting mansion. 

13th of Summer: The gangs all regroup in their territories only to find that their leaders are missing. With no one running the gangs they all start to break slowly.

14th of Summer: A boy finds a strange stone slab bearing the strange symbols that have been appearing over town. It is given to the library for further study.
 
18th of Summer: Rumor spreads that a thief robbed the stone slab from the temple of the unknown. Citizens start to search for said thief and a small group is banding together to enter the temple. (quest) 

19th of Summer: Ever since the slab has been found, citizens have been extra rowdy and angry. Everyone is on edge for some reason. 

21st of Summer: It is revealed that the slab is part of a missing set. The other is yet to be located. Another set of bodies is found at the gallows. Unmasking them reveals the three gang leaders that have been missing. It looks as if they were mauled by some animal. Tension rises among all gangs.

23rd of Summer: A bar fight breaks out at the Pigs Foot Tavern and spills out onto the street. 

27th of Summer: A mysterious ship arrives at the docks and the crew and captain seem even more mysterious. 

31st of Summer: With no one running the gangs they all have been reduced to unorganized strategies. Stealing, random fighting, pillaging and raiding of shops. Some fight for leadership but all fail. There will no longer be anymore rankings or special privileges for gang members, except for locations found on the link map. 

34th of Summer: Tall Johnny is hosting a tournament. All fighters are welcome. (moderated: pm to sign up.) 

38th of Summer: A new drug is pushed into the city of Sunberth it is said to cause hallucinations as well as numb senses. 

39th of Summer: The owner of the Drunken Sailor is paying for any reliable information gathered on the mystery crew or their ship. (See my office for requirements)

42nd of Sunberth Violence has spiked over time in the citizens of Sunberth. Citizens have become even more rowdy. Riots and street fights have been more frequent 

47th of Summer: A strange man, woman and child appear atop of the gallows speaking of a curse on the city if the slabs are not returned. They are then accused of being magic users and killed on the spot.

52nd of Summer: Violence is increased. Citizens have become filled with greed and selfish ways. Even the nicest of people are now stealing and indulging in acts of violence. 

55th of Summer: Many citizens have succumbed to the new found drug as people can be found sprawled on the street or wandering aimlessly through the city. 

57th of Summer: The first curse takes effect as many people complain about having trouble sleeping and terrifying nightmares. Citizens have become more irritable and agitated. 

60 Word has come up that Roywald the Rafter has the second slap. A party is formed to retrieve it. (quest) 

61st of Summer: The second curse takes effect as some people grow sick. Symptoms include: bloody nose, terrible coughing, vomiting, and painful black sores appearing over the body.  

62nd of Summer: The second slab returns but the first goes missing. Suspicions grow around whom took it. The found slab is given to the library for safekeeping.
 
63rd if Summer: Help is being called on by any doctor, herbalist, or healers that are able to help the sick. The Sunset quarter orphanage has been turned into an infirmary for those in dire need of help. Anyone is welcome free of charge.

69th of Summer: A big riot breaks out city wide over the missing slab. No location is safe. 

72nd of Summer: The third curse takes affect as random fainting spells start to occur. 

74th of Summer: The missing slab is found. The two are reunited revealing a hidden message that appears onto the temple of the unknown. “Those that endure the curse shall reap the reward. It seems that the slabs are a map to the lost treasures of Sunberth. 

75th of Summer: Today is the first day that there were no signs of the curses. No reports of nightmares, sickness or fainting. Everyone starts to relax. 

79th of Summer: Though reduced to brute like strategy, gang members still cause violence and trouble throughout the city. Talk about a vigilante gang stirs around taverns and citizens as well. 

81st of Summer: The curses return full affect and without warning. Word has it that a pond in Sunberth has blessed waters that slow the curses down for a period of time. The water slows the curse for 4 days and can only be consumed 2 times a season. Any consumption afterwards and the water will turn into salt upon entering the body.

83rd of Summer: A town meeting is called. Everyone that is able is asked to attend. The topic of discussion; Keep the slaps to find the treasures or return them to the temple out of fear of the curse. Many words are passed and the town comes to an agreement. (moderated) 

86th of Summer: Trees change colors thus introducing fall to Sunberth.

91st of Summer: Fall comes to Sunberth for better or for worse.
