I think that for your girl, her job title would be 'labourer' since she's mostly just assisting Del,which would make her pay around 1-2gm/day, so probably 1gm, 2sm (12 silver Mizas)

Would that be okay? It gives her more than enough money to pay the seasonal expenses (45gm in Sunberth) with 64gm, 2sm to spare
