No boats are allowed in or out of the city, The Land Gates of Zeltiva are heavily monitored by the Wave Guard – No weapons are brought into the city without explicit permission. [Modded Thread]

64th: Damage done by the rains is revealed, the Bay has been heavily hit by the churned bay, ships that were moored in the bay are capsized or damaged. The grain stores are found to be soaked heavily and as the day's heat rises unnaturally the grain within is found to be spoiling and rotting.

80th: Lord Admiral of the Navy issues a proclamation that until the existing bodies of the City can reside in a peaceful manner the Tribunal will remain in place and the Curfew enforced.
