1st: The Lord Council is found guilty of his actions last Summer and put to death. This incites rioting in the streets regarding the abuse of governmental power. 2nd: Navy issues an ultimatum to the Merchants Guild to shut down trade coming in and out of Matthew's Bay until the rioting has ended. The Guild refuses and the Navy issues a blockade. No boats are allowed in or out of the city, The Land Gates of Zeltiva are heavily monitored by the Wave Guard – No weapons are brought into the city without explicit permission. [Modded Thread]

64th: Damage done by the rains is revealed, the Bay has been heavily hit by the churned bay, ships that were moored in the bay are capsized or damaged. The grain stores are found to be soaked heavily and as the day's heat rises unnaturally the grain within is found to be spoiling and rotting.

80th: Lord Admiral of the Navy issues a proclamation that until the existing bodies of the City can reside in a peaceful manner the Tribunal will remain in place and the Curfew enforced.

91st: Fall closes as the seabirds start migrating away from the City and the Bay, denoting the coming of Morwen and Winter. Food Store are low, Spirits are crumbling... The people are hungry.
