Most buildings are high. The npc is Tyr, and no one would have seen him climb so I left that part out, hindsight. I should be able to clarify things tonight if work doesn't keep me late. Edit: after evarista I will post again.

I won't be able to post Saturday/Sunday since I'll be out of town visiting family. But I think I should be good (unless people suddenly do rapid fire posts).
