Estrellir halted and looked up. Every time she passed Bharani Library, she took a moment to admire its magnificent architecture. If Lhavit was the Diamond of Kalea, the skyglass arches and spires of its library marked the pinnacle, the sharpest and most radiant top. Sometimes she even lingered on the corner for a smoke, heart filled with wonder and ache (for great beauty was always terror and she quivered before it*).
