Closed Pots, Pans and a Snowman. (Garland)

[Roselina]

Roselina narrowed her eyes at the two as they came outside, and the diaper landed next to her. They looked very happy with themselves, meaning that they had probably done something.

The look on their faces was probably similar to the one she would have sported on her face, after she had done something she shouldn't have done as a child. She was always in trouble back then. She supposed she still was now.

"Disgusting."

She muttered to herself seriously for a moment, looking at diaper, before giggling and going to the two. "What have you been doing?" Looking more closely, she could see the jar that they had stolen.

With a sigh she leant down and took the jar off of them, and looked down at them with a smile. "Sneaky aren't you?" All kids were like that though. She stepped inside, occasionally looking back at the children, and shouted.

"I found them."

Roselina, pretty sure that Garland would have heard that, put the jar back in the kitchen and went out to the two children, who were now playing together like they hadn't done anything wrong. The kids looked over at her when she yelyelledith a sigh she sat down next to them, making sure that they weren't running off again to make more mischief.

"Sweet Dreams."

Garland rushed out, seeing Phobos gone from the hallway after he cleaned up the sick.

"Rose! They're- Oh..." Garland sighed and sat down next to the twins and Rose took the jar from them, much to the twins annoyance. "Oh shush, you two almost gave me a heart attack."

Garland looked up at Rose. "Thank you." The twins just nibbled on the cookies they had gotten, more dribbling and gumming rather than chewing and eating. He scooped up the two and stood up.

"Well that was heart raising. Sorry for the trouble." Garland looked over to the diaper Aneeka threw he took it, gave it a sniff, it smelled fresh, it seemed like she just wanted the freedom and not because of discomfort that she took it off.

"Do you mind holding Phobos for a bit." Garland gave Phobos to Rose and sat back down, he placed Aneeka on his lap and took the diaper. "I hate doing diapers..." He fumbled around the diapers, and Aneeka's squirming did not help at all.

He sat there and fumbled around, oblivious to what was happening around him. The group of kids from earlier started growing in numbers, some gave stiffled laughter and quickly shushed the others.

Phobos was just staring at the small crowd, idly chewing on the cookie he had stolen. He offered the cookie to Rose, the cookie was covered in slobber, but otherwise, edible.

Garland fumbled and finally got the diaper on Aneeka. "Finally!" And then it just fell off. "Bloody Hai..."

[Roselina]

"Its fine." She spoke dismissively and with a smile when Garland thanked her. The day had been more interesting than she had originally thought it would be. She still felt a little guilty for taking the pots and pans though.

She took Phobus from the other, holding him carefully so he couldn't run off again, it would be rather irritating to chase them again. They certainly were troublemakers.

Speaking of troublemakers. Roselina though to herself as she noticed the children giggling at his struggle. Well, it was numerous seeing it. She didn't bother telling them to go away.

She looked down at Phobus and smiled. "No that's your cookie, and besides that you've already bit it." The boy looked at her for a moment before biting into the cookie again.

She laughed slightly as it fell off of the girl again. "You okay there?" It looked like he was having a hard time putting it onto the squirming girl.

"Sweet Dreams."

[Garland]

"No, I got it." Garland took a few more tries, grumbling as he did. Eventually he got it on her and picked up Aneeka.

Garland stood up and looks at Phobos. "You're covered in slobber again..." Garland took out a handkerchief and started wiping off the saliva that was all over his mouth and dripping down his arm.

He also had drooled all over Roselina's shoulder. "Ummm..." Hopefully she hadn't notice but he just casually wiped it off. "Anyway, I guess today was ... somewhat of a success, the kids seems happy though."

Phobos smiled and waved to his sister. Aneeka yawned in response. "I should probably get these two to bed. The nursery here is really good, really... calming, they enjoyed sleeping there whenever they found themselves sleepy."

The kids broke off, smiling and giggling to themselves. A pair of them walked over to Garland and Roselina. The two looked at Rose with mischievous grins. "Do you want to play?"

[Roselina]

The two certainly didn't look like she could trust them, though there wasn't much harm in listening to them, whatever they were planning to do wouldn't be that bad. They were only kids after all.

She smiled at them, crouching down to the children's height. Maybe she was being patronizing on purpose, but these two seemed like they'd be trouble.

"Okay, what do you want us to play then?" The woman smiled at the two of them, before standing back up with a grin. Stretching slightly as she did so.

The kids themselves looked at her with a slightly annoyed look on their faces, though they both quickly covered it up with a smile. "We're going to play inside, okay?" One of the children spoke with a grin and the other one starting giggling, and then quickly receiving a jab at their side from the kid who spoke.

"Why inside?" Rose questioned them with a slight smirk, and they turned silent for a moment before one of them grinned again, apparently finding an answer for it.

"You'll find out, now go in! We'll be in soon."

She looked at them, a bit suspicious, yet walked over to the door anyway, her hand hitting the door with a thud as she pushed it open. Immediately she realised her suspicion was warranted, as a bucket of water slipped off the top of the doorway, water splashing all over herself and the bucket clattering on the floor.

"Shyke." The woman muttered under her breath with a sigh, before turning on the kids who were laughing at her with an angry glare and began to run after the ones who had gotten her.

"Alright! Think this is funny do you?"

"Sweet Dreams."

[Garland]

Garland joined in with the kids laughing, the twins didn't quite understand what was going on and Aneeka missed the entire prank altogether, she had spotted a butterfly floating above Garland's head and that caught her attention.

When Roselina came back, dripping wet and steaming angry, the kids rushed off around the building. When she followed them, another pair of kids would be waiting with another bucket of water.

Garland just sat down somewhere nice and dry and watched. Phobos with his half eaten and slobber covered cookie shoved said cookie into Garland's mouth, like a cup holder, and he wriggled his way out of Garland's grip and went over to the puddle that was made when the first bucket fell.

Garland took out the cookie with his free hand and yelled. "Rose! Don't be mad! It's a hot day out and the kids just wanted to help you cool off!"

Aneeka saw the cookie Garland held, although she didn't quite know what numbers are, she did know that more cookies is good and snatched it out of his hand.

Phobos took the bucket and dragged it back to Garland. "What do you have there?" Phobos did not reply and went down on all fours and stuck his head into the bucket. "Babies are weird... Come here."

He took Phobos and sat him on his lap. "I'm guessing you're sleepy and want someplace cool to sleep huh?"

Phobos replied with a yawn which prompted Aneeka to yawn as well.

The rest of the kids seem to have at least a few more buckets hidden about, a few triggered by some unsuspecting caretakers, judging from the splashes inside and the angry, startled yells.

"These kids are gonna get in trouble... I miss this place sometimes."

Garland, though you're a squire and you don't need to pay expenses, it's best to make a note in your ledger that they have been 'paid', just as an acknowledgement
