This shining population center is considered the jewel of The Sylira Region. Home of the vast majority of Mizahar's population, Syliras is nestled in a quiet, sprawling valley on the shores of the Suvan Sea. [Lore]
Just past the initial portcullis of the inner gates near the courtyard of the eastern most part of Syliras sits a relatively new structure. Constructed swiftly of wood and stone, two wooden reinforced steps lead upward to a platform of sorts. Upon the platform rests a sturdy set of sanded boards, affixed together with heavy nails. It's clear this enormous board, measuring some fifteen feet in length and approximately six feet in height, was made for functionality over aesthetic appeal. The recent loss of the Starcleaver Bounty Service, along with the overwhelming need for the citizen's of Sylira to aid one another wherever and however they can necessitated the creation of such a board, upon which the common man could post requests for labor, training, or other types of assistance.
Of course anyone may post their messages upon the bulletin board, however the board itself is inspected routinely by the Knights, to ensure the surface is not defaced in anyway, and also that it is not taken up by ridiculous claims or propaganda. They attempt to keep the populous on the honor system, advising that messages must be removed when the requests are filled in order to keep the requests up to date, and also to keep the board itself as uncluttered as possible so new messages may be posted.

-PC Requests: There are jobs posted by PCs, for example, Bob is requesting for a supply of 100 pounds of pork meat, with compensation. A hunter PC then do a solo to gather the meat, then PM Bob to arrange a thread with him where the hunter gives Bob the gathered meat and receives his payment. Any and all able-bodied men and women are requested on behalf of the Syliran Knights to clean up the mold growing in the depths of the citadel. Those who pitch in will be compensated fairly for their work. Please report to the Barracks for further instruction.
Information :
A large amount of mold has been growing in the basement, and it's making people very sick. The Knights are enlisting any help they can get, especially that of Squires, to clean it up before the Konti become overworked.
