The Temple of Nikali Though the occasional tourist has thought this place's name rather blasphemous, none who have gone inside would repeat it. The Denvali will make good-natured, ribald jests about the place, but deep down, they revere the mysteries that go on inside. On the outskirts of town, the Temple rests on high ground, and its grottoes sink below it. The common rooms are similar to many an establishment of ill-repute, and one can certainly purchase the favor of a comely man or woman, but the proprietor has always been a priest or priestess of Nikali and an advisor to the Captain of Denval. It is a Denvali tradition to send adolescents to the Temple at their first menses or ejaculation, the better to begin a healthy adult life. Come for a drink. Come for company. Come of a religious experience. Just come. More than capable as a courtesan, he is even more important as a confidant of the Captain and much respected voice within the community. The first thing one notices about him is his striking good looks, but are soon eclipsed by the compassion and empathy in his hazel eyes. It is difficult to believe that he wants anything but the best for whomever he meets, and it is easy to place one's trust in him to make everything all right again. Date: 15th of Summer, Year 511 Darren was reccomended to this place. But he didn't quite understand why they would done so with such a natural tone. He stood only a few feet from the entrance to the temple, unsure about whether he should try the place out or not. The rumors about the place put him on edge. Once you gone inside you'll wonder how you survived without it. It sounded like it was an addiction and he was possibly already dealing with one already. His outstretched arms twinged with an extra blast of his djed as he focused on the pathways that encompassed his arm. Targeting every muscle in his arm individually he took a deep breathe as he brought his arms up and dispersed the personal djed he had in them. The sweeping motion brought his arms down to his waist as he rested his hands on his belt. That always made him feel better, relaxed even. Now he was sure he would be able to handle whatever what was waiting for him behind those doors. Now he would be able to go without pause. A drawn out sigh before he moved forward, he put on his best smile as he entered. "Hello, anyone here that can help?"

Luna walked down the road to the tempel. She used to play around the once scary building. She smiled as she walked up to the big double doors. Luna left her dog ske at her home. Knowing she ws not alowed to bring pets. It was odd being without her friend who is always with her. Luna took a breath and walked in.

The inside was peacful looking. A lot differnt then luna thought it would look like. An the air smelled sweet and yet spicy at the same time.
