Darren WhiteVine Basic Information Race: Vantha Birthday & Age : Spring 15th, 22 years old Gender: Male Physical Description Darren stands 5 feet 11 inches with a upright posture and weighing in at 158 pounds. Always dressed as if he's a penguin, his attire mostly consists of alternating black leather and white linens to match the colors of his homeland. He is actually considered lighter skinned when compared to other Vanthas but how exactly he managed to do so will just lead to a noncommittal answer before he changes the subject. Usually spacing off when he takes time to relax, Darren usually recalls the decisions that made him into who he was before he finds something constructive to do. It's easy to feel at ease with the Vantha's easy smile as he introduces himself. His hair is composed of a very vivid jet black with streaks of blue and grey that he loves to mess with while thinking things over. However with every positive feature about the Vantha there is an equally frightening characteristic about him. While he is easygoing in most cases it doesn't take much to bring out the more serious and uncaring side of him. One can easily see that he is very familiar with his other persona through his physique. Easily seen as more developed then his Vantha counterparts, the complete ease Darren projects is partly due to his training when he was young and the fact that he can usually overpower most adversity he faces. In the end he is spoiled in his desires as he will move heaven and earth to get what he wants in the end. Though recently suffered the defeat at the paws of a wolf, the event being the first black mark in his book. Character Concept While portraying himself as a happy go lucky man, Darren's upbringing was anything but. Raised in with an elitist of a father Darren's has a very skewed morality when it comes to decisions that involve combat. While not usually having a hidden agenda, he can usually figure out ways to come out of situations with the spoils ...yet he usually doesn't. For the most part he isn't too concerned about material gains but rather focuses on gaining more suitable prizes that would help him in the long run. A prideful man, Darren can be seen as a strong and silent type for those not familiar with the usual manner the Vantha has. He's a truly a normally a amicable person, usually seen by his prolific attitude. When meeting new people he greets them with warmth and from that point will always expecting more from them. Be it acts of affection, a show of skill or simply just thinking of something witty to say, he usually will expect more of others. Mostly caused by his upbringing of expecting more of himself, when he has time off he's usually seen practicing his craft. Training day in and day out if possible, he takes his physical conditioning very seriously. One of his long term goals is to become the strongest he can but it isn't his life goal. The formation of this goal was made simply so that he would be able bring an end to certain situations through martial arts. A surprising good schemer, Darren's true goal is to attain godhood: Inspired from his father's teachings. Growing up with an elitist's teachings caused Darren his easygoing attitude, if only to show the stark change that can happen with him. Although Darren doesn't like to even admit it, he has a vicious streak when he's enraged. Fighting with flux fits his personality as his persona is changed into that of a ruthless, efficient killing machine. Crippling or even outright killing others is not beneath him, although he will usually try to avoid it when he's in control of himself. Not many things will stop Darren in his tracks when he loses himself to his flux usage. After the battle more often then not Darren loses all recollection of the event. Occasionally finding himself in new places and occasionally with new people, he merely shrugs at these happenings. The small things don't worry him, achieving the favored end result is all that matters. Character History Born into a well of family Darren was gifted with having little to no hardships or responsibility in his life would normally make a person spoiled. However, instead of worrying about things he usually spends his time bettering himself and proving to the people around him that he is better and better. His father since his birth has been trying to make him into the pinnacle of humanity, so naturally along that time frame he gained a god complex, sometimes being known for trouble when crossed. He however finds himself hanging out with others and helping them with their ordeals having no ...visible problems as of yet.
