Karc hobbled into the Silver silver his bloody leg, giving him hell. In one heand he held the wolf pup, in the other a improvised walking stick. He hobbled to the counter ordering a lot of ale then, found himself a table. Where he continued to drink away his pain. Soon enough he was as drunk as anything, and talking to the pup as if it could respond.

"Petching Crazy Woman stole you brothers and sisters! Whats her problem, eh?"

Step Right Up and have a Swing. [Kill Karc PLZ, Open]

Postby Aello on May 31st, 2011, 10:38 pm

After returning to town and selling all the wolf pups she had no time to train, Aello headed into the Silver Silver, looking for something strong to drink. Something to wash the memories away... It had felt so good to her to take advantage of such a weak being, earlier in the day, and yet, she was sickened by the amount of blood she now found on her cursed dagger, the amount of blood she could never seem to scrub out of her hands.

Yune rested on the girl's left shoulder, as her quiver seemed to sink into the center of her back. Her bag rested to the right of her quiver, and her bow was being held tightly by her left hand. As the door to the tavern swung shut behind her, Aello glanced around the tavern, looking for an empty seat. Why is it that there never seems to be one? the girl wondered, as her eyes finally settled on the counter. Aello's eyes narrowed, the one holding the wolf pup looks familiar, now doesn't he? Aello thought, as her lips curled into an evil grin. Perhaps he would like us to finish him off after all, Aello thought, as she stared another moment, as a muddied red mist intermixed with a bright lemon yellow came into view. It was hovering around Karc like moths around a flame.

As she took the time to notice it, Aello's smile widened. So some of the fear we instilled earlier still lingers... good, very good, that will simply help us to reach the end. Or rather, it will simply help his end... Aello's mind was silent for a moment, and the darkened reds. So much anger for such a weak man. Such a pathetic mind. There was a slight pause, perhaps it exists solely because he was defeated by a girl and her sparrow. Because we stole what he considers to have been his. Aello shook her head lightly, several strands of long brown hair falling into her face before being whisked away. She placed her right hand on her hip, and simply stared. Boys, will they ever learn? Aello wondered as she closed her eyes for a moment, and allowed the auras to fade away.

Aello's heart began to beat a little faster in her tiny rib cage, and a slender line of red made its way into her eyes, as she strode over to Karc. When she reached him, she lifted her right hand off her hip, and placed it on his left shoulder. She curled his fingers into his flesh, giving him a squeeze, trying to instill more fear in him, even though her words seemed so sickly sweet. Even though the smile on her face seemed almost real...

"Well hello Karc, fancy meeting you here," Aello began, as she dug her nails a little deeper. "It has been so long since we last saw each other," she added, before leaning in a little closer. "And we still have so much unfinished business. So much catching up to do." Aello dug her nails a little deeper, her voice was losing its cheery edge, and growing slightly more menacing, although she kept her smile. "So what do you say we go outside, and clear everything up?" she asked, as she dug her nails into his flesh even harder on the last few words, and pulled her body back, waiting for a response.

OOCPM me if you don't like this post and I can edit. When she takes you outside, she will try to kill you, just like she promised earlier in the day. And I can make it quick or drag it out, depending on your preference ;)

Step Right Up and have a Swing. [Kill Karc PLZ, Open]

Postby Karc on June 1st, 2011, 10:36 am

Karc growled as the pup whimpered at the mans words, Karc felt sorry for the pup and put him down, on the table nudging some meat scraps(from his meal)towards the pup, which the pup in turn gobbled up.

How could he have been so stupid? hat was he thinking running around chasing baby wolves as if he was a child playing chase, in a crazy place like Ravok? He should have high tailed it as soon as he had seen the crazy woman doing that ritual thing or something.

All this went through his head as he drank away his shame, sorrow, anger, and fear, his usual rosy demeanor coming back slowly, as sure as his senses and mind was dulled by the drink.

He did not hear anyone come up behind him, but he felt the fingers clasp around his shoulder, at first he thought he was imagining it, having nightmares about the crazy woman from the forest, but as he heard the words he jerked upright and simply stared at the woman a mixed look on his face.

He listened that dumb look staying plastered on his face, once she was finished he drunkenly mumbled something that even if she could hear, she would not be able to make out the words through the heavy slur of the drink, but he slowly got up pulled some coins from his purse slapping them on the table, paying triple the original cost of the drinks, but in his drunken and confused state, he couldn't comprehend much less know that.

He slowly got up, grabbing the wolf pup he snuggled the beast to his chest, ignoring the beasts cry's of protest. He started to stumble to the door slowly, when he stopped and turned a confused look on his face.

He needed to remember something about this woman. Why did she have business with him? Why did she look strangely familiar? Maybe, he was remembering her from there last "business meeting". He shook his head, this hard thinking making his head hurt, but still he felt he needed to remember something about this woman...

OOCI would prefer faster because I just want Karc to be dead so i can work on my other chaeacter

Step Right Up and have a Swing. [Kill Karc PLZ, Open]

Aello allowed her hand to fall form Karc's shoulder as she followed him out of the tavern. If he walked too slowly, she'd prod him with the end of her bow, urging the drunken fool forward. Well this is a nice change of events. You shouldn't have let him go anyway... that leaves too many loose ends open. Too much of a risk. There was a slight pause, it is best you finish this up. End it now, before he creates a problem for you. Although, in his current state, that seems so very unlikely. An evil grin crossed Aello's lips as she glanced up and down Karc's back, ignoring the chirping of her sparrow in her ear, and the occasional whimper of the wolf pup she had left in his care.

Aello followed Karc into a dark alley that was nestled along the side of the Silver Silver. This is where we found that corpse last season, isn't it? Aello thought, the old man we dumped in the lake with Scheza and the barmaid. A slender smile crossed the woman's face at the memory, it had been such a gruesome death; his skull being thrust repeatedly into a wall until it caved in on itself. But she knew Dira was taking good care of him.

As soon as the two of them had settled into the shadows, Aello whispered, "so why don't we tie up some loose ends Karc?" as her smile widened. Her right hand had settled on her thigh, following the outline of the cursed blade. "It will take but a moment to end it all," she went on, as she pulled the dagger out of concealment, her right hand curling around the hilt. The blade twisted towards her flesh, the tip of the blade pressing lightly into the skin by her elbow. "And not a second longer," she whispered, her voice cold, and filled with longing. Just send him on his way... to your goddess.

Slowly, Aello raised her right hand, mentally preparing herself for her attack. Just thrust the silver into the center of his back, and he shall crumble to his knees, just as he should have before. There was a slight pause, lets just hope that he does not scream too loud. Aello's eyes flashed playfully as she raised the blade a little higher, and then thrust it towards the center of Karc's back. "You should not have watched," Aello whispered as the blade dove through the air with a whooshing sound. It was cutting everything away. "And now, you shall finally pay for your mistake," Aello finished, her voice so icy that it sent a chill up her spine.

OOCA swift death it is then...

Karc stood there looking into the eyes of the icy woman, as he felt the cold steel enter into his back. He had a stunned look on his face as he crumpled into a heap.

No glorious death, just a quick move and a crumpled body. for some reason in his drunken state he found that funny. He died with a smile on his face...

Step Right Up and have a Swing. [Kill Karc PLZ, Open]

Postby Aello on June 2nd, 2011, 12:46 am

As Karc's body crumbled beneath her, Aello allowed hers to crumble too. Her knees bent, and her shoulders curled towards her chest. "It doesn't hurt, does it?" Aello asked, with the slightest of smiles, as a drop of warm blood slid down the length of her blade and settled on her hand. It seemed to wind its way around Aello's trembling thumb, before it slid off the edge of her hand and onto the street. Plop. Aello's knees pressed into the ground, pulling the blood back out and onto the white fabric of her dress, as she pushed the blade even deeper. "The liquor takes most of the pain away doesn't it?" Aello asked. "The fact that you have been blinded by what has already been done to you helps as well." Aello's smiled widened, "how is that pain in your leg anyway, as compared to that in your back?"

As Karc's eyes began to close, Aello's eyes seemed to sparkle. "That's good Karc, just close your eyes and allow the pain to fade away... forget this world. Forget the face..." Aello's voice trailed off as Karc's eyes closed. Just a few more seconds and he shall be dead. A few more seconds and there will be no more loose ends. Nothing to tie up, or finish off. Aello waited another few seconds, until she could no longer hear him breathing. "Good-bye Karc," she whispered, "may Dira have mercy on you," she finished, as she pulled the blade out of Karc's back, dragging several drops of blood along with it. As soon as the blade had left Karc's flesh, he finished falling to the floor.

With a satisfied smile, Aello rose to her feet. She slid her cursed dagger back into place, ignoring the blood that trailed on the edge of her dress. As she stood over him, the girl finally began to notice his pack, the wolf pup that was slipping out of his arms and into the dark alley way. No need to go after it, she told herself, as she looked down at his bag. It wouldn't be of much use in the end. But some of what he has inside that bag... well, there has to be something handy in there, Aello thought, as she bent down and lifted the flap. She dug around for a while using her right hand, until it curled around a change purse. She pulled it out. "Well, you could always use some more of that," she whispered, as she slipped away, into the shadows cast by the failing daylight.

OOCThere, Karc is good and dead. And um... I thought she would just take the money... so sorry bout that. And um, now that Karc is dead, I can turn the thread in for grading.
