[The Akeldama Coliseum] A Curious Spectacle (Ifran, Bones)

But Ifran was here under the auspices of Master Fabel of the Crooked Playhouse with an eye to train rather than risk life and limb in the pits. He was already employed, after all. But the master of the playhouse's name carried weight, and he walked past to inspect the place and find what he needed or determine if there was nothing he needed there. His sword-dancing was mostly for show, anyway. In Ahnatep, he had guards. Even in Alvadas, he generally had a shadow watching his back.

He disappeared into the Coliseum.

Bones had now finished his transformation, and so he strung the strap across his back, with the sheath attached to it. Sliding his gladius into its place, he stood up, bare except for the sheath.

Though since he was in his snake form, most of him was covered in scales, all but his human torso. Walking to the gate after the man with many arms, he caught up, and walked through the iron gateway into the main part of the coliseum, the middle were the fights started.

So far whatever they were to fight had not come out, its gate still down. Though once all three were inside and ready, there own gate would lower, sealing them in... Then there foes gate would open.

Bones took a moment to calm his breathing, and ready himself mentally. He took out his gladius, and held the weapon before him. Though for such a large man, the weapon seemed rather small....

He wondered what they would be facing, after all the other things he had faced in here.... Who knew what it might be...
