Hey! I just joined the site and have a constrictor Dhani character sheet just about ready to be posted. The one thing I need, though, before I can post it, is a name. I had considered posting this in the Q&A section, but I figured all you fellow Dhani might be able to give me better answers. Anyone got any male Dhani name ideas? I'm absolutely horrible when it comes to making up names.

Oh comon, choosing a name is one of the best parts of creation. You have to actually name something...like make it up. How often do you get to make an original name for something? I mean, unless you go around naming inanimate objects or stray animals...

Don't forget our examples in the Dhani lore page too. Think of something that just makes you hiss that sounds pretty (or perhaps hostile? That's what's so neat about it)?

Also, in the end whatever you name your PC will become your PC. New names are just something that take time to break in and soon the character becomes this direct association, name, concept, actions, history, future, etc. Name generators are the easy way out, haha.

Just wanted to push for that, although I do like your selection, Seraquaydinn. I just can't tell where your PC's mother's name ends and his begins.

Lastly, welcome to Zinrah constrictor baby. PM with any questions you might have. I mean, that goes for Zinrah residents in general, but yay!

Trust me, I've tried coming up with names many times before this. It usually results in me sitting on a couch somewhere, staring into space for about half an hour and still not coming up with anything. I used the name generator for inspiration, but the name I chose is comprised of parts taken from multiple names.

His mother's name was Serquaya and his nickname is Adiin. I know that the two, when combined, share a letter, but I didn't want to put another double-letter in the name, so yeah. I'm glad to join the group! That is, if anyone in Zinrah is active. My character plans to leave Zinrah next season, just to let you know, but he might someday come back.
